Mitsuboshi Colors is also an Iyashikei anime, but this time, it is about a group of friends as they discover things in their neighborhood. I love the premise of these two animes that they don't have a heavy plot (hence, Iyashikei) but there is always an overarching theme that makes the episodes relevant and coherent (e.g. this anime is all about their lives and encounters in their Breakwater Club, Mitsuboshi Colors is about their lives and encounters in their neighborhood). You should definitely check Colors if you liked this.

...then you might like Citrus add

The plot also revolves around a girl couple. From all of the yuri I have watched so far, this is the closest thing from Citrus, although the plot is quite different.

...then you might like Nikurashii hodo Aishiteru add

I think that the plot here is the same as the love story between Mei and Yuzu where Mei was initially a prison of her family's and society's wishes and expectations until she realized that she has to leave that behind because Yuzu showed a world where she can enjoy not only herself but also their relationship with each others. This anime also features a yuri couple, and the intimate scenes here is as not as emphasized compared to Citrus.
