Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp
add

Adelaide and The Royal Lady with the Lamp (ehh, let's just call it Elise) have the same premise of reincarnation or waking up in an another world. While Adelaide goes onto a more comedic path, Elise takes it up a notch and decides to add to it a sprinkle of some more serious topics and themes (war, strategy, epidemics and death). Don't get me wrong, it's far from dark, but it is a bit more mentally stimulating and complex. Adelaide if the fun story that you cannot turn away from and Elise is a work that just keeps giving. Overall, I truly love both of the stories. Adelaide being one of my favourites and Doctor Elise being close to a masterpiece, i'd say that if you loved one of them, you'll surely like the other one, too.

Both full-color manhwas have a similar premise, plot and atmosphere in general. While both are comedies and simply hilarious, Adelaide is at times a bit more humorous and Raeliana has a few semi-dark moments (as one would expect when reading a work that touches upon murder and death, no matter if it's a comedy or not). All in all, if you like one of these two, I'm sure you'll like the other title too.

The two stories have quite a lot of similarities. They deal with past lives, demons and summoners, some of the character's relationships are similar and they really have the same feel/vibe to them. If you liked The Betrayal Knows My Name, you'll most likely like Devils and Realist, too. ((But do note, however, to anyone starting with the betrayal one - it wraps up abruptly and does not really have much of an ending.))

Both have a similar feel and the themes are overlapping. If you like either one of these two manga, you'll most probably love the other one, too. I'd say the biggest difference are the characters themselves and the tone of the manga. JujuKai adds more of a comedic feel to it, while Kise has a tiny bit more gore (juuuust a smidgen... okay quite a bit but not too much).

Not at all similar in terms of plot, but the interactions between characters made me think of Boku-Hen (Our Abnormalities/Our Transformations - don't let the title misslead you, it's not about perverts, i swear) when reading The Princess and the Three Beasts. Mostly between one of the secondary characters (Ryousuke and Renrard) and the heroine (Marika and Violet). While the characters from the opposing manga do have different personalities, we see the male show support towards the girl and tries to help her. It's more than that, it's mostly the lingering atmosphere that i cannot describe). Boku-Hen is also more serious and psychological, delving in darker themes, while Himegimi is a shorter and relaxing read.
