Both anime emphasize the difficulty of spending most of your life in hospital for the two female MC's in both anime who suffer from serious illness. Love at first site, struggles of male MC's who suddenly find themselves in a situation where they might lose the ones they love and even tho Noboru Sora has only 6 episodes it will still leave you with a sense of fulfillment as any other 24 episodes long anime.
