Koi no Tsuki also depicts the love story between a 31 year old woman and 15 year old boy. Unfortunately there is no English translation yet. But there is a good live action TV adaptation called Love and Fortune, available in Netflix. But the ending is a bit different between the TV show and the manga. TV's ending is more similar to My Boy's ending, manga gives a more definitive ending.
