Understanding and treasuring lives of living things as well as non-living things. These two journeys show us how we shouldn't take things for granted and how precious things will become which we only realized it when we are desiring it. You should walk with the protagonist(s) and observe their slow-paced journey. Each episode is carefully pieced and progressed to arrive at a final 'destination'. They have a lot of similarities although in a different world concept, so take your time and enjoy the two shows.

First up, both are relaxing slice of life show with a little comedy. The impression depicted by both gave the sense of a smooth progression without much climax that would get your heart beating faster than usual. But that is also why both shows are nice. Second, both of the shows have excellent theme songs - I'm sure many would like it as well. Now, if you are looking for a show for you to sit back, relax and watch, or after watching numerous action/horror show, then you pick this up.

Seirei no Moribito demonstrated the definition of protection similarly to how a mother protect their children. Stranger: Mukou Hadan has shown the same atmosphere of protection. Characters of both shows have same expectations and roles to play. There are slight differences but one could express each other as an alternative version.
