A story that, at first glance, would seem like lolicon, but instead have much more innocent relationships between the "young adult" male lead and the significantly-younger female lead (who happens to be an orphan in both). In both, the male lead is, or at least looks like, something of a delinquent, while the young girl is almost cavity-inducingly sweet & cute, and the bond that develops between the two leads is much more familial than romantic, with Anzamnia being more fatherly and Haru being more like an older brother. Uika's a more "active" kind of cute, whereas Amari's much more docile. While both manga are published as being in male-oriented demographics, AkuYome could easily pass for a shoujo, but Amarimawari is decidedly male-oriented, with "moé" art and mild fanservice, usually of some older (yet teenage) female characters. Overall, fun and cute manga (with adorable girls) that should be given a try.
