In Ao no Exorcist, the enemies are demons. On the other hand, SNK despises Titans. Both main characters share the same fate of dealing with enemies which are responsible for killing their love ones and spoiler alert, they get to be like the enemies (Like Eren becoming half titan and Rin becoming half demon). In return, although their true identities became despicable for some they managed to escape execution and in exchange, they become weapons in order to save humanity and avenge their love ones.

Homogenous shows with a school setting training to become a specialist in some sort. In SE, they work hard to be strong weapons and meisters. In Ao no Exorcist, they attend school, well, obviously, to be exorcists. Friends helping each other, having fun and serving the people of their land. Both shows will be extremely entertaining especially if you are a fan of unique fighting scenes, backstories, school themes and so on. Also, they both became indepedent and rebelled from the manga.

Ahhh... Brothers, the most intimidating relationship that is a little mysterious but appreciatively amusing and mature. Both series sets off a dejavù experience of brothers battling their way to survive after the death of someone precious to them. In FMAB, Ed becomes a state alchemist right away but in AnE, Rin takes on multiple steps to achieve his goal. Both shows have something going on their respective institutions. Plus, the characters are quite the same. Ed and Rin, being the older brothers are quite a handful when it comes to sticky situations. They easily get mad and erupt their emotions quickly. Al and Yukio, on the other hand are the younger brother who seemingly show their angst and could still act calm and cool. There is also a blonde chick named Winry in FMA and Shiemi in AnE who becomes the love interest of both main characters. Alchemy and Exorcism are both present in the ancient times so there's that close relationship between each other. Although, fma sticks to the manga's storyline, AnE may seem to go off into another direction. Luckily, both shows are promising because of their appeal, comedy, action, drama, and a hint of romance. Shonen spirit is presented in these shows after all.

Both shows have love and music as their main theme. Shigatsu may seem more of the dramatic type and innocent love, Nana can be a bit darker and tragic. These two are homogeneous in terms of characters having a hit and miss in their love target but anyhow, things just somehow get refreshing and bittersweet

The aura, year and the fell might be a little different but I can actually say that they both revolve around love stories about unrequited love, reunited love and new love. I believe that you will enjoy both of their stories and characters. While, Nana is a bit matured than Ao Haru Ride but even so, you will love them both.

I think both series are similar in terms of transformation. Both main characters like Rikuo and Niwa are effectively shy and kind with women but they both have something to hide and this is the ability to become a powerful and a different person, in DNA daisuke becomes dark while in NNM, rikuo changes into a white haired man that shares the same name. Both have the ability to produce humor, drama, supernatural events and finally, ACTION. Although the era is different and the protagonists do not share the same goal, you will enjoy both series as their parallel story progress.

First off, they have similar production team; namely, Bones. They both give a basic kind of comedy that will definitely tickle your funny bone. Drama is presented amazingly well in bot series but FMAB is basically more dramatic than SE. ARt and expressions are also very similar especially the sound effects when it comes to becoming surprised, mad and other expressions. Also, both give a dark feel because of mysterious villains and gloomy settings day in and day out. Soul Eater may have a different synopsis to FMAB but both series will not disappoint you and will entertain you. Just a little warning, their storytelling is massively awesome. They are not your average anime.

Both I think have the same art style and have characters which look alike. Example, Gil from PH and Gareki from Karneval. Both animes have mysterious and gothic styles and to top it all out have elegant and sophisticated clothes. Pandora Hearts has more comedy in it while Karneval contains action and drama. Both are worth your time so please watch Pandora Hearts too.

They both have the same storyline : SOLVING A MYSTERY. Both have a main character who will solve crimes/mysteries. The difference is that Detective Conan has a more complicated and more bloody crimes/mysteries than Hyouka. Hyouka is much simpler compared to Detective Conan.

The only difference is that Kimi to Boku has a love story and the gang is all boys while K-on has a group of all girls.

Celty has a death scythe and so is the other characters of "soul eater". It also has that same feel because its also a bit Gothic and a little weird and scary. Once you watch Soul Eater you should also watch Durarara! because these two are both good and awesome anime!
