I thought this was a sports anime, and realized a few episodes in that it's actually more of a "Cute Girls Do Cute Things" anime, which was disappointing because 1) I love sports anime and 2) I have yet to see a good sports anime with a girl team. The (tl;dr) problem with this is that the girls look and sound cute but aren't very interesting, and the "cute things" they're doing have no stakes.
The characters are pretty one-note, and the show gives each of the main girls a conflict, but there are only 12 episodes so this results in their conflicts being shallow and
