...then you might like Boku wa Uchuujin ni Koi wo Shita. add

The female leads are very eccentric and strange, and the male leads are stoic and stubborn. Despite that, the male lead (after a degree of denial) realizes his romantic feelings. Nodame Cantabile is a much slower burn and a much longer manga, but they are both a delight to read.

If you liked Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou add

...then you might like Handa-kun add

High school boy gag anime. Lots of ridiculous punchlines and goofy gags in both shows, but Handa-kun is more about one guy and his following whereas Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou revolves around a group.

If you liked Mahoutsukai no Yome add

...then you might like Fukigen na Mononokean add

Main character is newly learning about another world, be it fey or youkai. The stories are a bit episodic with some overarching plot. If you enjoyed the otherworldly creatures from either series, you'll likely enjoy the other series as well.

If you liked Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun add

...then you might like Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi add

Large and oblivious male love interest and tiny cute FMC. In Senpai ga Uzai, the FMC is in denial of her interest in the ML, whereas in Nozaki-kun, the FMC believes it is unrequited love. Cute, short, low-drama chapters with lots of lovable characters. If you liked either one, you will almost definitely like the other!
