i've never really watched a 'horror' anime before, so i wasn't really sure what to expect from this. however, i really enjoyed it. it genuinely creeped me out and made me jump at some points. gore isn't something which bothers me, but the art was really well done, and i loved the opening theme too. the storyline was genuinely quite unsettling, and the only downside i found was that the characters were a bit dense at points, particularly in their reactions to the deaths going on around them! but it's certainly persuaded me to look more into the genre :)
