Hey, just wanted to tell you that I finished Steins;Gate today and it was absolutely incredible; it's actually my new favorite! Everything becomes clear, it just takes a while. I don't wanna spoil anything, so that's all I'll say, hope you enjoy it!

I too have heard loads of good things about it; that's why I started watching it. Yeah, I'm 7 eps in and I do like it so far, though I will say it hasn't really gotten less confusing at all...I still have no idea what "El Psy Congroo" means, if it even has a meaning. The stuff that happens in the first two episodes hasn't fully been explained yet, but it seems like they're getting closer to explaining it, so I do think that'll all become clear in the end. But I get the main plot so far, even if I don't quite understand all the technical stuff when they're talking about the microwave or whatever. I really like the humor, and I absolutely love Kurisu, I think she's a wonderful tsundere. So far, I actually see it as more of a comedy with a crazy mad scientist and his perverted assistant. I've heard that the plot doesn't start picking up too much until later in the series, so I guess I'm just waiting for that to happen. I've had it stalled at 7 eps watched for a bit, but I'm definitely going to watch it next once I finish my last ep of Nanoha. I was actually talking to someone who had watched it, and I asked him about it; he said he thought the first 10 episodes were kinda dull, which I can understand. I'm not really hooked yet, but I've enjoyed what I've seen so far, mostly due to the characters. I'd really be surprised if I didn't like it though, because I usually enjoy the higher-rated shows, and it's way up there. Hopefully we won't be disappointed!

No problem! I'm definitely gonna keep watching it, just wasn't sure when to pick it up again. I wasn't even gonna watch it in the first place - I figured the reverse harem bit would put me off, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't really expecting much action anyway, and I figure the duel isn't going to be the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life, but obviously it's more about who the MC ends up with. I think the only character I'm not a huge fan of is eyepatch-dude (can't remember his name!), but maybe that'll change as time goes on. It does seem like a pretty decent anime though; I'll have to get back to it soon. Thanks for the reply!

Hey, welcome to MAL! Saw your thread and figured I'd leave a comment. Oh, and I see you're watching Arcana Famiglia, what do you think of it so far? I'm only 3 eps in and I've got it on-hold 'cause I'm watching a shitload of airing stuff and I'm a bit behind, has it been getting good lately? From what I saw, it seemed okay and was kind of funny, but nothing was really happening. Should I pick it back up?
