Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo

Both are harems written with an almost spiteful idea towards the concept, which makes for some real solid fun. Both mains subvert the trope of 'good guy normie' by being absolute jackasses, while girls (and boys in Ranma's case) just as manipulative fawn over them for the most insignificant of reasons, and as such their harems grow to a comical degree. The Baseball Game and Bench-kun churn out freaks at a pace even exceeding the Drowned Springs in Ranma. You could even compare the duality of Joro to Ranma's, though they take on a different form.

Osomatsu-san
|
Both shows focus primarily around a cast of six ridiculous characters enacting bizarre skits warping the mundane happenings of reality. They each have a different flavor to them (if Nichijou is Monty Python's Flying Circus, Osomatsu-san is Kids in the Hall), but if you're a junkie for classic comedy scenes and characters, both should do you well. Also probably the two most meme/shitpost worthy anime out there.

Both series are comedic fantasy shows about an unorthodox adventuring party getting up to hijinks and parodying others of their ilk.

Sakamoto desu ga?

Perhaps less than obvious, I kinda see Sakamoto desu ga? almost like a spiritual successor to Golden Boy. While very different with regards to the personalities of their leads, both shows revolve around an unorthodox "perfect" character whose bizarre behavior belies their capabilities, while interactions with them lead the supporting cast to strive to become better people. Sakamoto is cool, Kintaro is anything but, but their roles to the people around them are similar.

Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita

Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita is basically Texhnolyze: The Comedy, as fucked up as that sounds (it is fucked up). JSS isn't soul-crushing or graphic, rather it makes light of humanity's tendency to take that extra mile we didn't need, turn it into a spiked dildo, and fuck ourselves with it. Obviously not for everyone, but if you're a miserable ass like me, you'll find Texhnolyze powerful and JSS hilarious.

Steins;Gate
|
Perhaps not the most obvious recommendation, those who appreciate an interesting concept spearheaded by an ultra-charismatic lead character will probably appreciate Code Geass and Steins;Gate. Both shows, while having several flaws, are probably the two best examples of an anime riding its narrative momentum to sail above their shortcomings. They are not the same in their concepts, but they are very similar in their goals regarding the impact it looks to have on the viewer.

Beck

Nana
|
The two dominant music-dramas in anime/manga, for good reason. Both feature excellent rock based soundtracks and deal in the realistic when it comes to human drama. Beck is more of a "breaking out of your shell and do something" story, while Nana is more about the pitfalls that come with freedom as young adults. Nana's a stronger work, but Beck's really easy to watch, so I'd start with it if you haven't seen either.

Shinsekai yori
|
Both are grim, nihilistic masterpieces revolving around mankind's "evolution" leading to its implosion. Shinsekai yori does this primarily through thorough examination of power structures and their tendency to divide populaces for control, while Texhnolyze examines how our ambition can run rampant to the point where we do a 180 degree turn and regress back to primal, sadistic animals. Both are essential viewing for those interested in socio-political fiction (though Shinsekai yori is definitely an easier watch, so try it first if you've yet to see either).

Both shows are excellent "unorthodox teacher" dramedies. GTO is better as a full-blown comedy, while AssClass is more high concept, polished, and well-rounded.

Nana

Kuzu no Honkai
|
Both shows take a more serious and dark look at relationships than your average anime. Nana explores this through its myriad of multi-faceted relationships of all kinds (often romantic), while Kuzu no Honkai is a more tightly focused piece on the psychology of sex. Both are compelling and often tough to watch, in a good way (like an emotional human trainwreck).

Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica

Both shows feature a group of kids being tricked into signing a contract they shouldn't have, as well as an unscrupulous mascot character. Madoka is definitely better visually, while Bokurano is a much better character piece, but if you like one you'll likely appreciate the other.
