Hey there! I'm from West Bengal, India, and my native language is Bengali. I also know some local languages like Santali. Hindi is my second language, English is my third, and right now, I'm diving into learning Japanese. Down the road, I'm excited to pick up Arabic, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese too!

One of my biggest passions in life is learning new things, especially when it comes to languages and exploring different cultures. I love getting into the details of different languages and seeing how they shape unique perspectives and insights. I’m also super into immersing myself in the customs, traditions, and history of various countries, whether it’s through books, travel, or meeting new people.

My love for anime kicked off a few years ago, and since then, it’s been a huge part of my life. My first anime experiences were with Mo Dao Zu Shi (a Chinese animated series) and The Misfit of Demon King Academy (a Japanese anime). I’ve been on a mission ever since to find the best anime out there and add them to my ever-growing list.

Anime brings me so much joy, especially during tough times. It’s given me invaluable life lessons and countless unforgettable memories. From childhood favorites like Pokemon, Doraemon, Perman, and Ninja Hattori, to the more intense and gripping shows I watch now, anime will always have a special place in my heart.

When it comes to rating anime, manga, manhwa, or anything else I dive into, here’s how I break it down:

10✮: Absolute masterpiece! These are my all-time favorites that I can’t stop thinking about.
9✮: Loved it a lot, but there were a few tiny things that could’ve been better.
8✮: Really enjoyed it, definitely worth my time.
7✮: Decent and okay, but nothing that really stands out.
6✮: Average, not great, but I could still get some enjoyment out of it.
5✮: Subpar, with some good ideas but poor execution.
4✮: Terrible and frustrating to get through, but not completely irredeemable.
3✮: The worst. Offensive, headache-inducing, and a total mistake to read.
2 and 1✮: Absolutely atrocious, with nothing positive to say about it.
Apart from anime, I’m really into reading manga, manhwa, manhua, novels, and books, and I love watching movies, web series, c-dramas, and k-dramas. My current favorites are The Vampire Diaries, The Twilight Saga series, and One Tree Hill. I can’t get enough of the suspense, drama, and romance they bring. I’m also obsessed with TV shows like Sex Education, Riverdale, Legacies, Elite, Smallville, and more.

Recently, I’ve been diving into c-dramas and found some real gems like Martial Universe, Love O20, Douluo Continent, You Are My Glory, The Taoism Grandmaster, The Untamed, and Who Rules the World. The storytelling, visuals, and performances are just top-notch. While I’m not as into k-dramas, I still enjoy them when I get the chance.
