The first time I watched this 3rd season, I was rating it only 7. As far as I remember, my middle school self thinks the match is boring. It's not really what I expected at all from a 3rd season of an anime I've been waiting for a while. That and plus I don't really like Ushiwaka's character back then haha.
But now here I am, years later. I'm rewatching Haikyuu again after it's been everywhere on my fyp (cause of the dumpster battle) and it's the best decision ever.
In terms of character development, the attention to detail, as well as emotional value that are put
...
in this anime... they're just so so good.
From my first moment of rewatching, I didn't feel bored at all. I feel like I'm really becoming a fan, of this very hard-working and passionate team of high school volleyball. There are many meaningful things that I only realize when I pay close attention to what is presented. And that last act, man, it's like the essence of everything that made up Karasuno, everything that made up Hinata. Everything that made Haikyuu...Haikyuu.
It's amazing to me because they're only fictional characters right, but the burn of their passion really reaches my heart. Applause for the studio for making that possible and for the original mangaka of course😭 (Furudate thank you for creating Haikyuu, and all of my beloved characters!!)
I get chills from looking at Tendou (still as creepy as I remember, sorry Tendou lol) and I feel like Ushiwaka isn't that bad at all. Like what his teammate said, he's just someone who's stupidly in love with volleyball 😆 much like Kageyama and Hinata.
There are a lot of flashbacks here, but I really think it helps cement the emotional aspects of the show. Though it annoys me sometimes because usually a flashback is used to build up an outcome (mostly bad for Karasuno if the one doing the flashback is the opposite team lol). But it really did help me become more immersed and anticipate what the outcome would be, so it's not all that bad.
Lastly, the music and ost are phenomenal, and what can I even say about the animation, it's perfect!! It's dramatic, dynamic and fluid. Just beautiful!!
I'm off gonna watch the 4th season (which from my memory was one of my fav seasons other than s2 and maybe watch the dumpster battle if it's still on air🥹)

I like it. I have read the manhwa beforehand, so I have some expectations. One of them is animation and character design. Elise is just as beautiful as I remember. But I have some complaints in regards to the prince, because his character art is heavily inconsistent (the hair akksks), and the animation isn't the most grandiose either. Just ok enough to get by. But I like the story, they seem to take into account the important points of the original works and execute them pretty well. I don't remember the original story all that much, but the impression that I have from the manhwa
...
is very good, so far the anime has yet to disappoint me in the story aspect so I'll continue to watch for that! Hence a solid 7 from me, since I enjoy it this far.
One more thing that would have been nice to see is the medical process. Too bad they didn't really get into detail there, I remember the manhwa being pretty complex about the medical aspects. In the anime, they use many repeating frames to explain the medical process which annoys me a little🥲 and they often cut the part where Elise is performing medical operations, but still ok enough for me to keep watching.
If you like light slice-of-life-ish isekai stories, with some sprinkles of romance, and a touch of medical theme, you might like this. Don't expect a heavy and detailed plot though (and be warned of the prince's hair😭🙏).

If anyone would ask me what my favourite romance anime is, I would no doubt say it's Sasaki to Miyano (unless the person is not inclined to bl haha). I love it, so so much.
I love how slow and soft the romance is. I'm very fond of slow-burn romance, and I really can't take it if the romance develops too quickly. With Sasaki to Miyano, it's perfect.
They're such a healthy bl couple which is pretty rare to see in anime. They're very thoughtful and so so respectful of each other's feelings. It's also very sweet, the development between them from just senpai to kouhai, to
...
finally realizing how they actually feel and what the other truly mean to them.
I've read the manga a little, and felt very satisfied that the adaptation is pretty faithful to the original material and even manages to bring more of its potential! I like the added effects in the anime, it has this feeling like watching a manga come alive, with all the glitters and effects every time the character is feeling fluttery or in their romantic moments hahaha><
As for the plot itself, it's very lighthearted. There's not much drama, doesn't use much misunderstanding as a plot device, and doesn't have any antagonistic characters, it's just warm and fluff everywhere. Perhaps there are some people who doesn't like this? Though for me, it's very much my cup of tea.
I also like the side characters, they're all very interesting >< even their girlfriends are interesting hahaha. Also Hirano and Kagiura *wiggle eyes*, Kagiura doesn't even shown that much in the anime but I want to know about him!! I want to know more of their stories!! And yes they have their own movie too!!
Okay that's all, it's a good anime go give it a watch!! But yes it's very slow, if you like slow-burn romance like me or want a warm and comfy slice of life romance anime, this anime is perfect for you. However, if you prefer to watch something fast paced, with a lot of drama, or twist and turn, you won't find it here.

I love s1 and s2 didn't disappoint me.
From the animation to the way the story unfolds and how it gives off this feeling of fleeting nostalgia, warm and yet cold and distant. Not to mention the fighting scene! So beautifully crafted. I've read some reviews that said Suguru's descent to madness is a failure, and though I do think it's a bit rushed towards the end, I still think it's pretty on point. The abrupt change also feels purposeful, as if to emphasise a contrast. And the arc itself is never meant to be something that drags on. It is just something that needs to
...
be conveyed.
It's a bit haunting, that one episode where they did a close-up of Suguru's eyes. It looks empty, lifeless, and devoid of the soft gleam that used to light up his eyes. I love how we get to know better about him and why he turns out the way he is.
I've read the manga, and the anime is just as powerful (esp with the added sound effects and the wonderful va). The visual is beautiful, the animation is great, the storytelling is fast but it pulls you in. It plays with symbolism and subtle scenes that pile up little by little until it reaches the breaking point. (And I almost tear up when I get to hear Yuuji's voice again (just a glimpse tho) I miss him sm😭). Will be patiently waiting for the continuation!!! ESP SHIBUYA ARC, LET'S GO!!!
(One thing that I kinda dislike is how they draw Toji 😭 he's a bit slimmer in the manga but the anime made him super buff. Such a shame bc I look forward to seeing him animated. And no matter what he's still a shitty dad, no one can change my mind.
Another thing is I actually hope to see more moments between the trio, wouldn't even mind if it's a filler or whatever. I JUST NEED MORE FLUFF OK, too much angst is bad for my well-being (╥﹏╥))

I wonder why there are no people writing reviews. This manhwa is really good😭 it's truly recent for me to join the universe of romance transmigration manhwa, so perhaps my knowledge isn't that much. But from what I've read so far, I can consider this one to be really good.
The plot is very intriguing, the male lead is very hard to figure out at first! And I truly love that type of male chara. As for the female lead, I truly adore her. She's smart though sometimes she has this oof moments where I'm doubting her lmao, but her overall character is a pretty solid
...
one, and very human too! Some people might feel exasperation towards her tho, which I understand. Like she's not always perfect, she often strays away from her main objective, and she is also kind of easily swayed by the ml? But that's what others are saying, I said she did a pretty great job at playing push and pull with the ml until the last chapter I've read😆
I really like it, I just wish the side characters were more fleshed out like the story of the og ml is so good, and it's such a shame that it's only being brushed aside. The main story itself is very much fun to follow with enough twist and turn to keep me on edge, all in all, I recommend it! (esp if you like Why Raeliana Ended Up At The Duke's Mansion, they're kind of similar!)
