I'm definitely someone who watches anime. I pretty much watch and like whatever (other than most isekais, or super creepy incest or fan-servicey shows). It's hard for me to rate a lot of shows fairly since the ratings are so close together and I enjoy pretty much everything I watch.
Anything under a 6 I generally did not enjoy
A 6 is just meh, not bad but not good
A 7 is better than a 6 and a show that I enjoyed watching but not good enough to be an 8.
An 8 is show I really enjoyed watching
A 9 is just not good enough to be a 10, whether that be because the plot was a little weak, there was one part I didn't like specifically, etc.
And a 10 is one of my favorites, I would say a masterpiece but for most of them I wouldn't say they were *perfect* since there's usually at least one "gripe" or something I wished was different I have with each anime I watch.
