Pluto is a really good anime that is a 1 to 1 adaptation (for the most part) of It's source material with all the benefits and flaws.
This anime is as close as you get to a 10/10 but however it has some some pacing issues that make me bump this to a very respectable 8.
It's not that it's bad the problem is that it has the exact same pacing as the manga.
When you are reading you can read at your pace but in an anime it makes the dialogue super fast or super slow in certain parts and it's not consistent at all.

For a 90's shounen anime its kinda impressive but its didn't age too well. Don't get me wrong I still enjoyed the show none the less but it's not even close to one of the best shounen ever made. My biggest issue with the story is the lack of identity.every arc the tone of the show changes drastically and new ideas are put in out of nowhere without much explanation. I'm gonna be honest and brief on this one
I don't get the appeal. This anime lost me on the second ep but I kept going because of the overwhelming amount of people saying that this is the best anime ever. My problem is the main character Bocchi. She she is not an introvert she is severely autistic. Me also being in the spectrum I also relate to her struggle as I was very similar to her when I was young how ever the main issue is that her behavior is beyond exaggerated and almost insulting. I dont say this often but this .... its just awful XC You have animes with bad rep like Naruto (because of its repetitiveness), you have bad anime that are just hilarious because of how awful they are like Bobobo and then you have Garzey's Wing witch is the biggest piece of shit Ive ever seen. A uninteresting story , uninteresting characters and poor art and sound and of course horrible writing and acting.
