I'm just someone who likes watching anime and I love anime girls because I'm gay.

I'm a very complicated person because I'm :
- aromantic / demi-romantic
- asexual / demi-sexual
- non-binary / agender without gender dysphoria
- fictoromantic (yes, I'm attracted to anime and fiction girls, so what?)
- nijikon (anime girls are so gorgeous, sexy and attractive too...)
- and most importantly, very GAY. (The more anime I watch, the more waifus I have, so...) I'm a pure LGBTQ+ person and I putting this out there because I don't know where to put it, but good luck understanding myself 😂

I am not attracted to men, whether they are fictional or not. I am only attracted to girls in all circumstances and I've learned to accept it over time (along with all my other LGBTQ+ sides) It took me a while to discover who I am, and it's thanks to anime that I discovered it and learned to accept it, so thank you to them and that's why anime is so important to me and in my life. ✨

My first anime crushes were dawn from pokemon and Zoe Drake from Dinosaur king. Then, when I started anime around 2020, I had other waifus until I met the one who is my soulmate in anime version, I am of course talking about my true love who is none other than the incredible, magnificent, charismatic and perfect ✨Rin Tohsaka✨ from Fate stay night. It made me even gayer than I already was, and since then, my list of waifus has grown with each viewing (although Rin Tohsaka remains my favorite).

Anime is the paradise of waifus and its why is my favorite source of entertainment. I love all types of anime girls in general, but warrior and badass girls are my favorites. Anime girls helped me so much and still help me today. They help me to face life's problem because they are the bandage that heals my heart bruised by the human cruelty. They are my source of happiness and I can't help but smile when I see these magnificent beings. They changed my life so my heart is open to them and words are not enough to say how much I love them. ✨

My favorite anime genres are seinen and Yuri (a genre that's too rare in anime unfortunately...) but I like to watch everything because I'm curious. The genre that I hate the most are hentai / horror /ecchi / isekai for obvious reasons.

Watching seasonal anime is not my thing, I prefer to wait until the story is finished because I don't like to start something without being sure of having the ending, whether in anime or manga.

In general, I avoid anime-related social networks as much as possible because I find the anime community toxic and cancerous for lot of reasons. Anime isn't toxic, but the people who watch it are (in addition to being immature).

My 5 criteria for appreciating an anime are :

- good, well-written female characters (they don't need to fight or be "badass" but psychological development, a good mentality and a good story are usually enough for me to appreciate them). I love watching cute anime girls so if there is a sexy and badass anime girl that I love in the piece, it will always be a bonus for me and a good point for the anime.

- a good scenario

- a good ost

- topics that touch me personally and that are well handled. I like to feel emotions and seeing the characters go through the same thing as me not only helps me to face the problem and understand it, but also, I get more easily attached to the story and the characters. That's why I have a great affinity for seinen because it's the only genre of anime that deals with these subjects. Obviously, I also like to watch other genres of anime and appreciate them, but seinen has that little something extra that makes it my favorite genre.

- good animation (although I don't necessarily mind older or bad animation)

And what I hate most in anime are :

- Male MCs (they are dumb and bland most of the time and uninteresting, especially in shonen and isekai/harem). I also hate pervert characters. I find them more annoying than funny, and the "pervert character" trope is the anime trope than I hate the most.

- Female characters sexualized for no reason (shonen 🙄) I don't mind fan service (far from it) but there has to be a meaning behind it and the girl has to have a story or something else to tell and show off more than just a pair of boobs.

- Filler episodes / anime pubs without end (my worst nightmare ☠️)

But despite these obvious flaws, anime is and will remain my favorite source of entertainment for reasons I have already mentioned. I like the medium despite these flaws, I am aware of them and I know what to expect when I decide to watch an anime, which saves me from disappointments and bad surprises.

So watching anime is the best decision I've ever made and it's something I'll never regret.
