Features school girl friends, and the humor is super similar. They're both stupid in the best ways. The characters are super ridiculous and a lot of the humor comes from them making fun of each other.

Both shows are stupid in the best ways. The comedy hits the same, at least for me. It's just so in your face and the characters go all-in on everything they do. Outside the comedy aspects, they're both slice of life, focusing on girls who are in school, but you don't really see them going to school. The school part isn't important, it's what they get up to outside of class, and the relationships they make along the way. Both Chio and Uzaki are awkward protagonists who mostly want to have a good time with their friends. Lots of teasing and not taking themselves too seriously. Overall, they both have that feel-good energy that I look for in anime comedies.
