Just finished watching Samurai Champloo after having no prior knowledge of its existence, and wow. If you like great character and world development with an interesting story and great beats, then boy have i got the anime recommendation for you. Now i recommend both to anyone reading this. but if you have seen one of the anime and enjoyed it, i guarantee you will find something in the other worth your time. "I hope that the rain will never stop. If it continues, then I can stay here forever."

If you liked Kore wa Zombie desu ka? add

...then you might like Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou add

Other than the fact they each have a whole lot of ecchi comedy. They both portray the life of an inocent protagonist thrown into the majestic world of haram, and feature an array of mythological or supernatural girls all with the one common goal..... Male protagonist affection. Tsundere or loli they each have it all and in my opinion worth a watch ;)

If you liked Hataraku Maou-sama! add

...then you might like Noragami add

Aprt from the fact that norigami is centerd around gods and spirits and hataraku maou sama! Is about the devil. The two anime plots differ quite a bit. However the blend of comedy, drama and a smidge of romance make both anime a must watch in my opinion.

If you liked Kimi ni Todoke add

...then you might like Ao Haru Ride add

Very similar art style and each centre around highschool life of a boy and a girl who can't convey their feelings for each other as they don't accept or understand them. Kimi ni todoke and kimi ni todoke season 2 should be watchd first in my opinion as I believe they are written better.
