Mixed Feelings
I'm fresh off of binging the entire season; here are my impressions.

First thing you need to know is that this anime is all meta-commentary about the anime/manga industry. So if you're not already quite familiar with otaku culture, you'll miss most of the jokes.

As a whole, Outbreak Company is your basic funny and cute trash isekai, and a parody of funny and cute trash isekais. It certainly has its charms.

Depth, though, it doesn't have. The plot is meh, the characters are mostly tropes played straight. There's virtually nothing original in it at all.

I'm going to do my darned best not to spoil anything in this review. This isn't a terribly daunting task as there's hardly anything to spoil during the entirety of S3.

To attempt to watch S3 without having seen S1 and S2 is pointless. Don't even bother. S3 doesn't even really have its own story arc; it's more like a single episode of story content excruciatingly drawn out over an entire season.

Well, apparently this nonsense made it all the way to actually being produced, a decision someone should get fired for. The vending machine show looks like utter genius in comparison.

Just solo the boss mobs, ...

The only thing you'll remember about this show is Ulmandra's upper half

The art is meh, the story is contrived to create situations in which the protagonist's skillset is useful, none of the characters are particularly interesting. If you want turn-your-brain-off-to-kill-time material I suppose this will do, but if you want some meat on the bone you won't find any here.

The interface is demanding I add more detail but what detail is there to add without spoilers? Seriously, the only thing you're going to remember about this one is Ulmandra's upper half. I'm sure this show is similar to something else I've seen that also isn't ...
