In the aftermath of the original "Mobile Suit Gundam" which would first tell of the One Year War, an epic conflict between the Earth Federation Space Forces and the Principality of Zeon, a number of new perspectives on the One Year War would appear including one notable gem "08th MS Team". Set almost entirely on Earth, "08th MS Team" is a grittier perspective of the One Year War from the eyes of the leader of a squad of Mobile Suit pilots at the bottom of the chain of the Earth Federation.
