Both are very wacky action/comedies that use unique power systems. The two shows have very unique and wild/colourful art styles that mean if you liked one, you have a good shot at liking the other a ton.

If you liked High School DxD add

...then you might like Shinmai Maou no Testament add

Both have a main girl with red hair, both involve contracts/devils. Both have action/comedy mixed in with extreme ecchi, if you liked DxD you'll like Testament (and vice-versa). DxD has a more underdog protagonist to begin with whereas Testament's is shown to be more experienced in his verse.

If you liked High School DxD add

...then you might like Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai. add

Both have a main girl with red hair, and both involve contracts. The "Shinigami" in So, I can't play H! is very much like the devils in DxD. They both involve a lot of comedy and include a naturally pervy main character who despite being a degenerate is genuinely kind at times and shown to be compassionate.

Same studio, similar artstyle and both are incredibly wacky and over the top.

If you liked 5-toubun no Hanayome add

Girlfriend, Girlfriend is a comedy harem set in a school like Quintessential Quintuplets. It's fairly underrated/over-hated and can provide some good laughs if you enjoyed the former.

If you liked Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun add

...then you might like Nanami Minami wa Kagayakitai: Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun Gaiden add

This is a lesser known, spin-off where Minami (a fan favourite) is the star! A lot of fun, quite short and a must-read for fans of the source material. (It's an AU that's not canon for the most part, mind you).
