Beastars and Dorehedoro both have plots so strange and chaotic that you won't be able to stop watching. They also both contain elements of violence, gore, drama, and (light) romance.

Truthfully, I don't think that there is any manga that can hold a candle to Oyasumi Punpun, but if you liked Oyasumi PunPun, chances are you would like Aku no Hana as well. They both follow kids who are experiencing the more difficult, darker side of youth; seclusion, sadness, and confusion. They contain sexual themes, most of which are presented in a gritty, shameful way instead of a sensual one. The romance is muted at times, reminding the reader about the complications relationships can have while still having a captivating love story (remember dark doesn't mean its not rlly freaking good). Both are fantastic psychological mangas, which I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, so check it out.
