If you liked Annarasumanara add

...then you might like The Horizon add

The Horizon feels like Annarasumanara because of the suffering and harsh circumstances the protagonists go through. They're both webtoons with leads that learn essentially the same moral lesson at the end, in addition, both are great manwhas IMO and have a fair amount of romance but that's not the focus of Annarasumanara but the Horizon heavily plays into its romance.

If you liked Shingeki no Kyojin add

...then you might like Sabikui Bisco add

Post Apocalyptic Walled off cities Unknown People are prosecuted for being outsiders and a virus exists in AOT (but delving into that would be a spoiler)

If you liked Noragami add

...then you might like Sousei no Onmyouji add

-Both have romance between the Male MC and Female MC although in Noragami it isn't explicitly stated they're a couple in the show - Both deal with Exorcism and Kegare -Noragami is also lighthearted at times but switches to serious dark stuff when the plot needs to just like Twin Stars Exorcist -The Noragami Anime is superior to Twin Star Exorcists while the manga for both (TSE and NG) are really good and I recommend reading them -Both have some action although Noragami is more comedy than action in the first season
