They both have that slice of life episodic feel. Meeting different regions of people. Not having much of a backbone of a story but the story of each encounter.

Pripara is kinda like a little girls moe version where they want to become idols. The whole changing fashion when they sing and what not are very similar. The struggles and then forming groups, very similar at the beginning of the show.

It is similar in the way that both male characters get thrust into the crazy reality of the female mc. The difference is that this deals with more reality and Chuunibyou deals more with fantasy.

They are both mysteries and psych type genre. The difference is this is a detective case where as Ghost hunt is a more of a spiritual/ghost searching detective. Besides from the same creepy vibes and similar genre type, everything else is different.

Differences: this is about classical music, the girl mc never even thought about playing an instrument but Kohana wanted to do magic.

Shounen Maid and Ouran High School Host club is very similar character wise. The leads are very similar in which they are very independent, meet wacky people, and have a similar background story. Their life after a major change is pretty similar as well. The wacky characters that surround them have similar characteristics. The storyline is very similar. A kid who lost his mother is thrown into a whirlwind change, discovering that he has a pretty well off uncle. On the other hand, the kid wants to follow in her mother who passed away's foot steps (occupation wise), so attends a high society high school and got thrown into a whirlwind change. Plot and Character wise is pretty similar. But Shounen Maid is more about family and everyday life while Ouran is more about cheesy comedic stunts and romance.

The art style is similar and the pure love element is similar. The plot is completely different but I find the character personalities are somewhat the same except switched with the main mc's. Misaki is similar to Haru whereas Usagi san is similar to Ren.
