I'm aware that she still looks like a teen, and like you said vampires are immortal.
But even though she doesn't act 40+, she still does mention how she's older (at least from the episodes I've watched so far) from how much she reduces Ko down to a child, and she does have a lot more life experience than Ko, which is a big reason as to why a 14 year old and a 40 year old shouldn't be dating, even if the 40 year old is childish.
At the end of the day, a 14 year old is still getting their life started, while a 40 year old has already finished their run of young life, even if Nazuna is immortal and still jokes around and has fun.

And I know it is just an anime, and I know people who can brush those aspects aside, and I'm not saying they're terrible people considering I do the same with content I can't handle in an anime, but I feel like something should at least be said about it when it deals with harmful subjects in a positive light like this.

Unfortunately I'm still watching it here and there, albeit I admit that sometimes I fast forward because I hate the dialogue.

So I can’t have an opinion unless I’ve seen every SAO episode ever released?
