Both deal with destructive, co-dependent relationships and psychologically complicated characters with dark and cheerful sides and a lot of sexual molestation between friends and lovers. Both deal with a cute, androgynous flat-chested pushover, tundere-like character that is frequently humiliated and molested by his friends, despite their being a clear bond of love between them. In particular the 18-kin–Hino -, and Hime–Koguma parallels are striking, both in terms of character and appearance.

A somewhat similar art-style and humor, both dealing with horizontal incestuous tension — where "Siscon Ani to Brocon Imouto" deals with only one pair of siblings with an age difference, "Hutaba-san Ti no Kyoudai" deals with multiple pairs of twins, each having their own unique dynamic to them.

Aki-Sora

Both deal with taboo relationships — in K.n.Z.'s case, about drastic age differences, and in Aki-Sora's case, about incest; both also deal with psychologically complex characters, sexual coercion, and childhood traumas. Aki-Sora can get significantly darker than K.n.Z. in its graphic treatment of rape and has very explicit sex scenes compared to the latter, whereas K.n.Z. has more humor to it.

Trap Heroine

Both have essentially a very similar præmise in that a male p.o.v. character is struck by the sight of an ostensibly cute female whom he later finds out to be in his class... and male. Both explore their growing friendship and the philosophical significance of what it still means to be "male" if one appear indistinguishable from a female.
