Neon Genesis Evangelion is probably one of the best mecha animes I've seen. The art is usual for it's time and it's nothing special, but to me it's charming in it's own way. Though there is something I disliked about it, The ending. Of course I won't spoil that, And you still need to watch the ending to consider yourself finished with this anime. I would recommend Neon Genesis Evangelion to anyone who can understand the topics. Honestly really, I wouldn't say it's "Cute turned Dark" because you could tell by the beginning that it isn't ...

To be honest, Afterlost is disappointing. When made by madhouse, You'd except something outstanding but it's not only that it's disappointing, Even without thinking this would be good because it was made by madhouse, It would still be bad. The art isn't that unique, It's something Average you'd see in an anime like BNA, Great Pretender, or Kill La Kill. Of course while some people enjoy Afterlost, I personally didn't like it.
