Ao no exorcist, a Anime series that is not sure of itself, but yet very entertaining.
+ varied strong characters, great voice acting, art and effect, the good episodes are really good.
One of my main problems with this series is that it acts like a typical shounen anime, and it does not work.
throwing in a birthdaycake party and various slice of life cliche episodes just when it gets interesting and the battle and story climax is there, seem very random.
they should shortened this anime down about -6 episodes, and it would keep a Red thread throughout the episodes.
It seems like it tries to have action,shounen,comedy,boobs,supernatural,drama.

Ready for something so cute it will give you diabetes?
K-ON! Is just that, its fun and cute, and it is not trying to be anything else. What separates K-ON! from many other shows like this are actually several things. The main thing is that the characters are really interesting and varied, and the voice actor does an amazing job, both in terms of dialog and the music they perform in the show. The blu-rays look amazing! the artwork is great either way, but it really shines in 1080p. I highly recommend everyone to try it out and see, i was very pleasantly surprised. |
