Both have the same vibes, with a princess that has been captured by demons. Though, upon closer inspection they aren't quite like your stereotypical princess, likewise the demons are not demon-like at all. Both are comedic and totally unserious in nature so you can just relax and watch.

In both manga, the main characters have past lives and in a way this affects their current life. They must find out what happened in their past lives and resolve things.

Both shows features mechas fighting other mechas, with an enemy seeking to prevent humanity from advancing. The similarities in these two shows are not limited to just the storyline and the mechs, but also the beautiful and dramatic visuals, the mechas piloting bigger mechas, and the growth of the main character. If you like one, you will like the other.

In both of these manga shows the comedy between a human and demons. They both feature a protagonist that is more 'Demon' than the demon lord. Though set in a fantasy world where heroes and demons fight each other, there is hardly any violence portrayed, making these manga a good lighthearted comedy.

In both manga's the main character obtains power from a strange organism. This power would usually turn the character into a monster of sorts, however our protagonist is an exception and fights these monsters. Along the way he meets allies and enemies alike. Both manga is packed full of action and is an interesting read.

Both involve a "Perfect" male lead (Hero/"super rich and handsome prince")that is attracted to a plain, normal female lead (Palace maid/commoner). In both cases the female lead finds the advances from the male lead troubling to a certain extent.

In both of these manga two individuals gain a power (Becoming a robot/ getting a powered suit) but they use it differently. In both of these manga one of them uses it for good, whilst another uses it for his own selfish desires. Meanwhile the police etc. are trying to figure out who they are.

In both of these manga, the protagonist can see things normal people can't see and thus act differently from normal people, in which normal people find creepy and strange. As a result, they are left alone. They are also without parents and so have to live with relatives, which leads to them finding someone they can open up to. The mangas then follows their daily lives as we witness them changing as a person.

Both of these manga shows the daily life of the protagonist suddenly being destroyed by the arrival of some sort of beings. Both manga are set in a world where heroes like those in comics are an everyday occurrence. They both yearn to be heroes but is unable to become one for various reasons. Eventually they gain a power and it follows their adventures on this new power they've obtained.

They are very similar in that both of them were seemingly normal people until one day they obtain a power. They will use this power and perhaps suffer from the consequences of doing so. Both of these series also have mecha, seemingly set in a futuristic world. Most importantly both of these series will leave a deep impression by the end.
