I think people are being too harsh on this anime. Is it good? Not really. Is it worth your time? Probably not. But it's not some horrible piece of trash.
It's based on a video game that I haven't played and only vaguely heard about from Segata Sanshiro commercials, so maybe it would have helped me enjoy this more.
The main issue with Panzer Dragoon is that it feels like I decided to watch the final episode of an anime without watching the rest, but it's the only episode out there. There's no context, no lore, no character introduction, no development or progression.
I think it had potential,
...
like maybe it would have been a decent 6/10 anime but it's like I said, it feels like watching the final episode. If they only had to make one episode, why did they decide to make this? What prompted them to do so? It's just my theory but I think it's the ending of the game and they decided to turn it into an anime for fun. At least that would make sense.
Also the dragon feet make me uncomfortable, it's just one claw. It's probably painful to stand on that.

I start spoiling after the ">" jumps a few lines. I can't explain how bad this anime gets without spoiling.
I would have given it a 9/10 at first. It was a very strong show that felt like The Witcher, Berserk and a bit of its own flavor, with extraordinary warriors and demons. The characters felt fresh and were likable and it was generally well-written. There's not really any goal set at first, Clare is a lone warrior that slay demons and the villagers pay a man from the organization she's working with. She meet a young man that makes her feel sorta human again. It's
...
not exactly a goal, but someone who lost her emotions and happiness to live is starting to get those back, her Raison d'etre (that's actually the name of the opening too!).
A few episodes in, the anime switches to a an intriguing story about another Claymore named Teresa. Before you have the time to ask "wait who's that and why should I care?", you get to see some great episodes and a sad but touching story about Teresa's raison d'etre, before going back to Clare and Raki's journey. Unfortunately, your fun is almost over. It starts screwing up more and more around the time Clare and Raki split up. The show changes entirely. I do like how every Claymore has found their very own signature ability through enough fighting.
Expect:
> power levels
> energy auras and people sensing power levels
> actually they aren't power levels, they are rank within the organization
> everyone take the power level seriously
> it is never explained how it is decided which one has which rank, it seems to be a loose estimation overall
> this continues even after it is established that rank doesn't necessarily equals power, swordsmanship, speed, abilities, etc.
> if your rank is too low, your colleagues will trash talk you because you're weak, even if the weakest Claymore is still a competent demon slayer
> awakenings were supposed to be the end for a Claymore and resisting it was serious business and was really hard to do but it suddenly gets really easy and make it lose its significance
> someone is about to awaken for multiple episodes but doesn't and even awakens more without awakening to get more power
> we don't fight youma anymore, we only fight awakened ones
> there are also creatures of the abyss, which are basically final bosses
> the organization stays mysterious until the end and we don't really learn anything about them, how they work, their goals and yes they are actually just called "the organization"
> it is never explained how you make a Claymore, they're part youma/demon, yes but... do they eat their flesh, is it hard, does it hurt, can they fail to become one, is there a training? You can also ingest the blood of another Claymore but it's very rarely done so how do the other Claymores became so?
> every battle lose any strategy or style to it, it turns everything into being super fast, super strong, super tough or whatever and it's really boring to watch because you can't follow what's going on and it doesn't make sense until one of them loses
> characters need more power and need to unleash more of their youma side and lose their humanity because they need power ups
> winning because of getting new power ups during fights
> characters get torn to pieces in an instant but other character gets some minor plot armor until the time is right for them to die so the scene can be sad or something, but lose its effectiveness because of the plot armor
> awakening is a point of no return where you truly become a monster but sure you can transform back to human and become innocent, which defeat the weight of awakening
> "they were holding back?!"
> "I underestimated them!"
> "Impossible!"
> "Don't even try, they're much stronger than you"
> "I NEED MORE POWER!"
> "MORE POWER"
> and more generic shonen dialogues
> villains don't die and run away so if the entire point was to focus on hardcore tryhard battles about power and killing... doesn't that make all those battles meaningless?
> oh right, we can just throw in "violence is wrong, being human is nice" at the end, everyone happy
> but everyone is planning to become stronger for more violence
> the organization is shady sure but now they're evil, who gives a f about fighting demons that kill humans? Let's fight the shady people that makes claymores to help humanity! Surely they are worse than demons that eat people right for fun right?
> you are half human half monsters and you must embrace being human become your monster side is bad, but creatures that are entirely monsters are good too I guess, they just eat people sometimes, nothing wrong with that
> wait but if the claymores rebel against the organization, what is the organization going to do, since their way of solving problems is sending claymores
> yeah great closure there, unless the organization has super powers that surpasses the claymores for some reason, unless there's some plot twist and they're actually awakened ones or something else entirely

I tried to be vague while writing my review but final paragraph is spoiler-ish.
This is not super bad but it's still pretty bad. I'm alright with a side story featuring a different main character, I'm also alright if it's more about the characters than the racing. The issue is that the OVA feel like it's fan fiction, it doesn't have much of a goal in mind, character interaction is pretty bad and the dialogues are flat. It adds nothing to the story aside from explaining a little bit what the "project" mentioned at the end of Second Stage is about.
For some reason, they added some
...
nudity and male gaze too, and made Zack/Nakazato a huge pervert that can't hold a conversation if a girl is there because he's going to stare at her cleavage and her ass instead. It's still pretty tame but this is a weird addition for Initial D, which never went further than kissing. It's like they tried appealing to mature audiences all of a sudden and without warning. Oh and I dunno about what they say in the original version but in the english dub, they use the word bimbo. That's pretty vulgar for a tame show like Initial D.
It's also annoying how much they need to mention how girls are special when it comes to driving. "Oh those are girls but they're the only ones we got to beat the Emperors", "She's a girl but she's good!", "She's fast for a girl", "If a woman can do it, so can I", "Oh you think I'm going to lose because I'm a girl?" etc.
The romance developed is also bad, the two characters have no synergy at all and just met a few days ago and the guy says driving is too dangerous and she needs to stop and do lady things like wearing fancy dresses. Maybe you're thinking I'm an angry feminist but I'm not. It's just driving, why do they need to put so much emphasis on the fact that women are driving? It's just so stupid when the only thing they could come up about female characters is to keep referencing the fact that they are females. The writing was good in First Stage when they appeared, so how did they mess it up?
Finally, the plot. Team Emperor wanted to challenge and defeat every team around so obviously the girls from Usui Pass are going to be on the list. Even though they're not a team with a sticker to steal? So Team Emperor comes to Usui Pass to race the girls, for some reason the two leaders of Emperor aren't there. The guy from Emperor loses, he says to his friend "don't tell this to our boss" and "hm okay". Soooo did Team Emperor wanted to win Usui Pass or not? Are Sudo and Iwaki fine with this? Did they berate the Team Emperor dudes that went there? Do they want their revenge like "just because you beat one dude doesn't mean you beat me"?
This is not shitty but still, it was awful.

Spoilers ahead (after the first paragraph) because I don't know if I can explain some things without saying what they are.
Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid starts off as a cute and funny series, with situations dealing about living at home, having neighbors, moving out, etc. It also points out some anime themes that are dumb or unrealistic such as "anime maids are just cute and nothing else and tarnish the reputation of real maids who actually work really hard", like the author knows and don't want to be yet another generic anime, but at the same time really likes the idea of a dragon maid, or
...
at least that's my interpretation. That is good, you do what you wanna do and try your best, while being generic is bad.
The problem starts about... episode 7 or so. It gets appalling and lacking? There's no interesting living at home/daily life stuff to deal with and the cliché slice of life episodes starts gushing out without any of the show's initial appeal. Dragon fights are boring because they don't really have a climax and everyone seem to have equal strength somehow. Characters get flanderized, that is, their entire character get reduced to a simple characteristic or catchphrase. Some characters don't really have any purpose to begin with (spoilers starts here).
Such is, when Elma comes to the human world to fight Tohru, whilst claiming they mustn't interfere with this world. She is aware that she cannot go back on her own. Basically she came here to have a dragon fight but she doesn't want to influence the place and cannot go back, and also despite saying that she is of equal strength with Tohru, it seems she knows she is weaker. She is also initially hungry and there goes most of her personality. It's not like she has a huge appetite like a shonen protagonist, it's just that food is her top priority in life. "I came here for food", "I heard food I must eat", "This food is the best (every food is the best)". The rest of her character is leaving her rack vulnerable to jiggles, as if Quetzalcoatl wasn't enough.
Seikawa starts off as your common alpha bitch/brat and you understand that she's just really bad at socializing but Kanna does not run away or respond in anger so they become friends and Seikawa wasn't really a bad person to begin with. I thought that was nice, but then Seikawa just gets instantly wet whenever Kanna say or does anything, sometime just being there is enough to turn her on. Dunno how it's funny.
Fafnir is initially a blunt and harsh reality to Tohru's dreamy new life. Then he finds himself a human he likes. It's interesting because he is potentially or at least partly right, but he comes to understand why Tohru was so dreamy and happy about. Then he starts speaking in third person and do out of character things like participating in a play or trying to sell to the humans he hate a manga he made about curses. The Fafnir that was initially introduced wouldn't give a damn about those things. He hates humans. He has no fuck to gives. He developed to like video games and one otaku human. After a while he likes anything as long as he is angry while doing it.
Speaking of the otaku guy, I found him confusing. Is he the same character as Kobayashi's colleague or another character entirely? They look very similar but act differently, you never see them both at the same time and at the first party, the colleague is invited and starts playing with Fafnir but later on he's just gone and the otaku is there playing with Fafnir???
Quetzalcoatl is initially a cool girl with the "unfortunate" appearance of a gorgeous woman which always causes her problems. It's not a bad idea to deal with fanservice while adding fanservice to the show. It's never explained how exactly what dragons look like in their human form aside from their clothes so I want to say hey it's not her fault if she's born with that body, but I dunno, never mind that because it's just hypothetical at his point. The problem with her comes in when there really is nothing to do with her after introduction so she because full-time blatant and gratuitous fanservice and she never catches on that bouncing her gigantic rack is indecent and makes some people uncomfortable.
For some reason she also takes pleasure in tormenting a kid and burying him under her breasts while she sleeps. The kids' non-existent parents also doesn't seem to mind their son sleeping and bathing with her. Initially the whole demon summoning ritual and the shota (who is actually named Shota) thinking she is a demon is funny, but it devolves to sexually abusing a child all the time. It's fine when it's a girl doing it I guess?
The other characters are fine, although sometimes Tohru's yandere traits become really strong, then go completely absent in one episode, then reappears in another episode, etc. and she almost kills Kobayashi with a beam once, which is really weird considering she's completely devoted and in love with her.
Then episode 12 when they show suddenly remembers it never showed us how Tohru and Kobayashi met, something I was wondering about since the first episode and really there was no reason to keep that part out for so long. Then Kobayashi is able to lift a giant sword from Tohru's wound for some reason? And Tohru's dreams are exactly the same as a random girl she met, which undermine Tohru's character. She wants to be a maid because a girl wanted to be a maid??
Then in episode 13 we really have no idea anymore, so here is a last minute plot. Apparently there's a war and Tohru needs to come back and her dad kidnaps her. Then Tohru comes back, her dad follows and say you must come, she says no, he says yes, Kobayashi says no, dad says fuck you and go away. What?! That's just stupid and out of nowhere. Sure we know there's some kind of dragon/human/monster society in another world and there are factions but if you're born in the chaos faction you have to be evil, born in the harmony faction you have to be good, etc. That's just boring and it would be best not to say anything because the unknown is better than bad idea.
Other than that the show is good, just stop watching when it starts getting boring for you because it's never going to be good again.

Mild spoilers below, maybe?
The stupidity haven't changed from the first season. I'm sure (at least I'm hoping) the manga and entire idea has a clear message in mind but the execution is just really terrible here.
The pacing gets a bit faster and newly introduced characters get ready for battle earlier than before but in the end it doesn't really matter. Characters are still uni-dimensional and their relationships sucks for the most part. One woman asks the MC if he needs anything because she's here to help. He asks if he can fuck her. She gets angry... but then goes along with it and say something
...
like "if you see me as a whore then I guess I am one". But she ordered a book so that her entire character doesn't revolve about being Boobies #2. Another *deep* relationship gives another wonderful dialogue like "I knew you got erections because of me and I got off thinking about your hard-on". The scene is supposed to be sad, I think. The MC's development gets a bit interesting but to be honest with all the shit going around I don't care as long as this hellish anime ends.
Some characters death could have been avoided but of course they need to because it's sad and dramatic but because it could have been avoided, it takes away the effect and is just really pathetic. A character runs toward another to tackle him away from harm? You wish! The character hugs the other in an attempt to protect them and dies. Why not a tackle?
The gantz suits work weirdly as well, as if their defensive properties greatly varies depending on the needs of the plot. We need tension and suspense! Suit stops working... but the character mustn't die! Suit starts working again! Wait what?! Then you can get kicked and tossed around by a giant alien and be fine, but a few rounds of assault rifle is lethal? People get killed when there is only a few seconds left as well, because yes you guessed it, drama and suspense!
Also you'd think you'd learn a few things regarding what is Gantz and who the man inside is, but nothing on that. I suppose they didn't reveal anything because it was in a later part in the manga, but the adaptation appears to make up its own ending, so it had no reason not to enlighten us a bit. Ending tries to be edgy and ambiguous too. No comment on that, I'm just glad it finally ends.

Spoilers below!
I've heard that Gantz was great, I think they must have meant the manga and that would mean that another manga got a shitty adaptation. And it really feels like it adapted from something good. The concept is good, Gantz (the black sphere) has a good sense of humor that fits the dark and gory themes and we even got some sort of critique of human society. The train scene is pretty good, we see that nobody wants to help but everyone wants to blame those who are not helping. If you help someone but you're too slow, people blame your incompetence. It's a
...
bit extreme but basically humans are crap and yes we have crap potential as a society. So what's wrong with Gantz then? Everything else I think? This anime seems like it's made by a pissed off misogynistic homophobic 15 years old virgin, I'm not kidding.
Where do I start? The protagonist is one of the most obnoxious, unlikable, disgusting excuse of a human being. He's almost on-par with Crime Zone's protagonist (he's a damsel in distress that asks enemies to kidnap him, then gets saved and smells the heroine's ass while she's unconscious, but that's another story). He has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, he's just some sleazy guy with erectile hyperfunction that somehow lives alone but has no job. He's also a coward and has an annoying voice (english dub). There's an enemy that cornered him after literally 15 minutes of running away, so now he has to fight back! He has 2-3 flashbacks and he screams "I mustn't run away I'm not scared" or something along those lines... then he slides under the enemy's legs and continue running away. He also has plot armor when needed.
Other protagonists involves Kato, a guy who's too nice for his own good and it ends up hindering him. That's about it but he's a decent character. The girl is little more than fanservice on two legs. She gets saved, she's scared, she thinks of herself a pet and she is prone to get raped, although to be fair, nearly everyone in the anime has rapist tendencies so it's not her fault. You'd think having a slim figure and huge boobs in a skin-tight suit would be enough for fanservice but she needs to be naked at least half the time.
Other characters in general are assholes in a way except for a few exceptions. One guy acts as exposition, he's very calm, cold and calculating and uses other as bait to increase his own survival. Then the next time we see him, he's suddenly a gigantic asshole, then is put in a bad situation where nobody helps him because he's being a dick even when dying. Then after they kill the alien, cheap drama demands that he has a sad death because poor him. I think being part of "the game" for as long as he did would make him colder, more calculating, more savvy, less sane, etc. so he could have been a good character but nah we need assholes.
Another issue is that characters are incompetent. I know I'm just a nobody behind my computer and I'm not put under the stress of their situation, but really now? They can't climb a train platform? It takes five seconds top and they can even help pull each other up. Running away in panic because a huge guy with claws is attacking? Yeah that's pretty normal but over the course of two episodes (where's all that stamina coming from anyway) ? Waist high water slows you down sure but it doesn't take that much time to cross a few meters. We have around 10 people each missions who can't point a gun at something and shoot. Even the veteran dude is incompetent. He gets invisible and run away but somehow that doesn't work for him and he can't use a gun either.
Yet another big issue is the slow pacing. Those 13 episodes could easily have fit in 4 episodes. Gantz has potential, but waste it all. It's one of those anime that are seinen in name only. It's a kid imagining what a seinen is like. It has no maturity but a lot of gore and nudity, I'm fine with both, I love stuff like Ghost in the Shell, Battle Royale and Berserk. It also has stupid dialogues.
Gems:
"That guy said if he get 100 points we're free to go!"
"Does that mean if I get 100 points I will be free to go?"
"The more aliens you kill, the more points you get, I understand now!" (geez, it's episode 13, you get a enemy bio, a suit and weapons and the game is over only after the aliens have been killed, I suppose you could say that killing aliens is the objective!!!)

I take in consideration that Mob Psycho 100 might just not be my thing although I loved One Punch Man from the same creator, but it's not really good. Maybe it just went over my head. There's this metaphor about people born with psychic powers aka "people who are special" that are greatly advantaged in life, just like our normal world where some people are extremely good at stuff and it advantages them more or less the same way. But they're also still human after all and luck is also a factor, just like real life. I think that's a good idea except you could
...
make a compilation of all those dialogues in 5 minutes top. Twelve episodes is too long and too empty to pass this "theme" along and it just end up feeling like a boring, uninspired, ordinary shounen despite the unique artstyle and imagination of One.
Characters were pretty boring and lacked substance, except for Reigen, who is exceptional. He's a con artist that screw the metaphor over because he's good at lying and improvising. He doesn't need psychic powers if he can convince a client a ghost exist, he doesn't need powers to exorcise a fake ghost and if he stumble on a real problem, he already convinced arguably the most powerful esper in the world to be his student and employee. He is more interesting than the rest of the cast. The battles are lame too, expect one-sided battles all the time, except when it involves Shigeo/Mob. Then you have to be patient and wait until his counter reaches a hundred percent, then he goes from "I don't want to hurt anyone and I'm fine getting raped and destroyed" to "I'm invincible".
I don't want to be pretentious or tell people what they should like or not but all in all I feel this is overhyped, it's just not really good. Is it a cheap idea to cash in the success of One Punch Man? Who knows. It had potential, it just falls short. On a positive note, it's not a trash anime. I've disliked shows in the past because they were stinking too hard (Black Lagoon, Fullmetal Panic!, Psycho-pass, etc.) but this one doesn't stink. It's just not a ripe fruit.

I don't even know where to start. For the first 2-3 episodes it was actually good with all the misunderstanding and accidents that Sagara caused but that's it. Is this a school comedy or a serious military action anime? This feels weird saying this since Fullmetal Panic came out first, but it's like one big discount version of Code Geass, which actually succeeded in mixing those two genres.
The plot is sketchy at best and makes no sense at worst. I think it's about people born with information inside them and they call give this information via telepathy but I don't know what is those "Whispered"
...
people have to do with anything, feels like some fancy way to make a bond between Kaname and Sagara because nothing else fuels their romance. It feels like one of those series where a girl meet a badass guy and falls in love with him like Rurouni Kenshin except it totally fails here. There is also the black technology which I'm not even sure is seen in the anime, unless it's those AT field rip-offs used by the main antagonist. I'm not even sure if the antagonist has a plan since it's all sadism, killing, evil for the lulz, I got a secret cd, I kill my allies and I don't care if I die if something expensive explodes at the same time. I don't know what he tried to accomplish.
The characters are all uni-dimensional and the very little character development feels out of character more than anything. You got the socially retarded military guy that cannot understand why people are angry at him after he tackled them into the ground or groped their boobs by accidents. His unawareness is funny for a little while but then you realize that's his entire character. Chidori is your basic tsundere who can't understand her feelings and you're not even sure if she has any feelings. She's also stupid and pretty shallow. Wurt or whatever his name was is a womanizer. Mei is a alcoholic. The captain commander with white hair is a bizarre character with no explanation behind her existence in the anime, she's clumsy and poor at military stuff so why is she a commander? Did she inherit the rank from a relative who was foolish enough to use someone inexperienced as his replacement? Who knows, it's not explained. Why is her advisor not the commander?
Sometime the show likes to introduce some lowkey pedophilic humor about 30+ years old men fantasizing to get kissed by an underage girl or even receive her panties, sometime they introduce mediocre characters to create contrast and make the MC look good. I think if I went on to explain how stupid anything is in this show, I'd go into spoilers territory so I'll stop here.

My opinion is rather mixed. My Hero Academia is a cliché storm of a shonen and most of what I've seen in it felt like deja-vu, so the first half of season 1 was pretty boring. But to be honest it isn't bad, I don't have any "X is shit" comment about it. I think if I watched it 10+ years ago when I was younger and had watched less anime, I would have adored it because the whole cliché things would have felt new to me. Basically I think for people new to anime (not just younger audiences) it should be great, but was
...
kinda bland to me.
It gets better in the second half of season 1 (USJ arc) though so I think it was a good thing that I continued watching.
The art style and animation and music (including OP/ED songs) are great so that's a plus. All Might is a very particular and original character and I've liked him a lot. Izuku/Deku/Midoriya (main character) was kind of annoying at first because he was whiny although it is kind of justified in context.
Bakugo (the rival) was kind of crappy and lame because he was so unlikable and a cliché bully but he gets a bit better over time so he's not a lost cause. Basically I think he's supposed to be the more violent aggressive hero but he comes off as very arrogant and sometime borderline psychopathic.
The only shit part that I really didn't like and would wish out of existence is the rat bitch (I don't know his name). He has no redeeming qualities, no heroism and no composure, panics at the slightest hint of danger and is useless in any situation. Worst part is that he's a creep that physically abuse his female classmates by touching their butts and boobs. I found him incredibly creepy and disgusting and unnecessary and he made me uncomfortable. Having a character wear a sexually revealing costume is ok for fanservice, a somewhat lovable perv too but a damn creep is not. Also his power is throwing his hair which is shaped like balls and they're sticky. All of these combined made me question why he was even there, in UA the most prestigious school and A-1 the best class of the school? And the teacher said he once expelled an entire class because they lacked potential? He also had better scores than Deku in physical tests despite having a useless quirk and being a chubby midget? How is he not getting expelled? Just so he can sexually harass his classmates? Get out of here :/

Jojo's is a wild, bizarre, eccentric, extravagant and manly anime. The art is very well-done, very well animated and colorful throughout the show. It makes it beautiful but it can also show emphasis during a scene, like when the colors get inverted for example. The music is also pretty good, especially the opening during Part 1. The voice acting is pretty decent too (I've watched the english dub) and the actors are good at screaming when their characters are screaming, and they scream rather often. It doesn't sound like they are just speaking loudly.
The show loves exposition and obviousness, I can't tell you enough. Literally
...
almost everything that happens will be repeated. While I found it annoying af in other anime, it's sort of ok and even funny here. The anime remains fast-paced anyway, so they just make sure you're never lost on what's happening, no biggie here. The battles are rather interesting and are filled with twists and strategies.
The first episode sucks ass, I'll be honest. The second episode too, mostly. I know they are set-ups for bigger things but they were terrible. People shouldn't have to tolerate something until it gets better. The characters have good designs but their personalities are weak. The struggles of Jonathan and Dio can be summed up as good gentleman vs evil gentleman and they are perhaps the most fleshed out characters of part 1.
Jonathan is a super good guy but first and foremost he's a gentleman. But he's not only nice, he's also fierce, hard to topple and he will never give up. It's better than triumphing simply because you are a goodie-goodie nice guy. Dio is pretty much a bully for no reason. He hates his dad so he wants to be rich and powerful and steal that status from Jonathan. Then he becomes a vampire and want to rule the world, for some reason. I think a good villain is important and that is rather weak villain. But I found him ok still, because his immense power and badassery is a good opponent to test out how resilient and fierce Jojo is.
Part 2 is... kind of good but not really. The villains were pretty pathetic and uninteresting, except for Wamuu who had a certain sense of warrior honor. The "good" characters weren't much more interesting either. Other than Stroheim, characters were rather lame and forgettable, although Stroheim was extremely redundant, I still liked him because I liked everything that came out of his mouth (especially with that accent). Joseph gets old fast, even if his strategies and unpredictability make good fights. I found it funny that an anime with a main character being able to predict what his opponents are going to say and do, was predictable in itself. I couldn't tell how stuff was going to happen, but I could tell what was going to happen, I am not boasting, it is just really obvious that X character is going to win, or would draw out from the fight and have a rematch later, or that a character would lose because it was someone else who was meant to defeat that particular opponent.
The worst part of this anime is the plot holes and ass pulls. This is going into the spoiler territory so I will not mention anything, but it is just extremely jarring. Remember when I said the anime loves exposition and obviousness? How it is predictable? Can you imagine if something happened and it was badly or never explained? It pissed me off. Especially near the final episodes, where there is a bunch of of ass pulls and plot holes in a short lapse of about 10 minutes. One is even lamp-shaded. Let that sink in. I found that disappointing. Maybe I am thinking too hard about it and worrying too much about the story while *maybe* it's the magnificience and manliness I should be focusing on, but I've read and been told it was flawless and a masterpiece, so my expectations were set as such. This is no masterpiece in my opinion. It shines in other aspects and is good entertainment, but it has room for improvement.
