I just have this feeling they are similar to each other since strange things/phenomena happen with both clubs although Hyouka is more on solving mysteries. But still when I see Kokoro Connect, it reminds me of Hyouka.

I was expecting Dengeki Daisy to be more recommended but I'm surprised that nobody did. This manga reminds me a lot of it. There were some instances wherein Teru and Karin looked alike. :) Both guys in Dengeki Daisy and Kare First Love has lost someone they cared about and thinks it's their fault -- in Dengeki Daisy, Kurosaki lost Teru's brother which was like a brother to him as well and in Kare First Love, Kiriya lost his brother. The cause of the two brothers' death are different though. And both have cute romance between the characters. :)

Another manga that gets me thinking is so alike with this is Bokura ga Ita. Both male characters have family issues. And both female characters falling for a cute, popular guy :)

And lastly, I think Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu and Kare First Love are very much alike than any other manga. Both female lead are unfashionable the first time but became cute as time passes by when they fell in love with good looking and popular guys. Have tons of romance as well and the guys protects their girlfriend and treated them really nice.
