If you liked Shinseiki Evangelion add

...then you might like Bokura no add

They are both deconstructions of the mecha genre except Bokurano is much darker. Bokurano deals with touchy subjects it is much more realistic in the portrayal of its characters.

If you liked Texhnolyze add

...then you might like Bokura no add

Both are dark in tone. They both require the viewer to make an effort to understand the message that is being conveyed to them. It is not your typical "MOE MOE, TSUNDERE," these shows were both made for mature audiences.

If you liked Bokurano add

...then you might like Elfen Lied add

They both deal with themes of misanthropy and both are rather depressing to read. Bokurano, however, is better written and has better characters.
