BEN-TO looks like one of those animes you would compare to the rest of the season then decide not to watch it but if you do that then your really missing out of some of the best laughs and entertainment for a long time.

Story:
Sato Yo is just a normal teenager who likes video games,he wakes up on the floor of the grocery store not remembering what had led him there,then he finds out though a girl who was in the store that he was beaten up because of the war games where students fight to get half price BEN-TO,interested Sato Yu joins in and ... try's to become a "Wolf"(top fighter).

What I like about the story is that it is very funny and overdone in a good way like the first season of Baka to test and Sato Yo isn't one of those characters who is a loser that would take the whole season just to win just one fight,and the uctual fights are really cool,there a mass of people punching and kicking each and getting severe injuries over BEN-TO ! XD and I like how these is a whole system of ranks and special names for the top fighters.(Great 9)

Art:
The art isn't "OMG look at the animacion" but ain't bad either,all the characters faces and eyes are in the right places,you can't complain about it becuase it's better then average with all these lazy animators nowadays,it looks good in high quality on the TV.(Great 9)

Sound:
The opening is cool while the ending song is a nice slow one and the backgorund music when there fighting is a up beat song that is just the right one for the mood of the anime.(Great 9)

Character:
The reason I picked up this anime was because one of the main girl characters Sen Yarizui(aka the Ice witch) caught my eye and that rarely happerns with me,she's cute and unique looking and I also liked the look of Yuu Kaneshiro(the wizard),so far there isn't a character I don't like.(Outstanding 10)

Enjoyment:
I don't even understand why I enjoy this anime so much but I can't help smiling and getting exicted rooting for the characters! Very very funny and I don't get bored at all witch is something to say for me.(Outstanding 10)

Overall:
Very enjoyable :D (9 Great)

Even thought this is still ongoing I'm already wanting a second season because this deserves one way more than Kore wa Zombie .

Story:
Continues from the first season,the story isn't a complex one but it is interesting with all the misunderstandings about the past and the characters.(7 Good)
Art:
I personaly like the art and have no problem with it but there is quite a few people who don't like the style and say the characters look too similar.(7 Good)
Sound:
I acually like the OP and ED more from this season than the first one,up beat happy kinda songs that I enjoy listening too but that being said there isn't any memorable background music in the acual anime.(6 Fair)
Characters:
Very well formed characters that is a joy to watch with there up's ... and down's.
Funny,entertaining!(9 Great)
Enjoyment:
I enjoy watching every episode,as soon as it ends I'm waiting for the next one!(8 Very Good)

Review based on the first 3 episodes of Uta no Prince sama.

Story(7 Good):The story is quite a tipical one for reverse harem animes with the same kind of concept in the reverse harem anime Kiniro no Corda,a girl who goes to a musical school and is surounded by loads of guys who help her on the way to startdom but even if the story is a simple one Uta no prince is so much more because of the enjoyment of watching :D

Art(9 Great):The characters look all visualy perfect with nice fluid colours and animators that don't seem to get lazy at any point,the only con ... is that the color of the eyes and hair together with main heroine seems a bit odd in the first epiosde but by the second one you get used to it and now I really like the way she's looks,much better that a bland main character you get alot in animes these days and can't understand why there so popular with the other characters. :o

Sound(10 Outstanding):What can I say,this is a music anime and it dilivers perfect,fun,lovely music,In every episode there is a new song introduced somewhere by one of the male characters =)

Characters(9 Great):I love 90% of the characters and the 10% that I didn't I came to love over the episodes,but if your a guy let me tel you this anime is NOT for you,but if your a girl who enjoys 6 male hot,funny and cool characters then this is your anime. ^^

Enjoyment(9 Great):Theres both a mixture of funny scenes and sad ones at the apropiate time,thought most of the time i'm smiling when watching it,When I finnish one episode I just want to watch the next one :]

Overall(10 Outstanding):What more can you ask for from a reverse harem anime,It's got a mixture of everything to make the perfect anime

In the story there is a feeling of the main character being traped as he is going to marry a woman he does not like for the sake of his familiy,The story starts when he goes onto the cruise ship he is getting married on where he meets the ships captain who loves Japanese culture,not being able to stand one night even in the same room as his new wife he goes of to the bar where he meets the captain agein,as from then there where coincides of them two which seemed to be destined wherever they go.

The art is very good,thought out the ova's ... there is no point where I could complain about it as expected from PrimeTime who also brought us Koisuru Boukun,Kirepapa etc

The cast of voice actors is great,the main character being voiced by Itou Kentarou who voices Hiroki from Junjou Romantica and the captain voiced by Suwabe Junichi who is Frau from 07 Ghost.

In only two ova's is its hard to not have one dimensional characters,The characters don't change dramaticly thought out the ova's but Im not dissapointed in it,they change enough to be satisfied.

The enjoyment was good,there where points where I wanted to scream of excitement and embarrassment as the main character lives up to his partner's needs which leads him into shame anpon family members and friends.

Overall this is one of my favourite yaoi animes,don't just skip it becuase its not a series,I think for a boyXboy fan this is a much watch !

Story:About a ex delinquent girl and her unusual day to day life,I give it a nine because there was never a chapter that bored me or that felt like a filler chapter and all of them were about 30-39 pages witch it good,I would of said 10 but I can't because its a "simple but good" type of story witch could of been a absolute failure witch makes it even better because this is 100% not one.

Art:The art is good looking on the eye with anime type of drawrings and lots of hot characters.(10) don't belive me then look at Hayasaka

Character:What to say,Alot ... of times in manga the main girl character annoys the hell out of me which is nothing like this,I love Mayufu,you go girl,The characters and getting a 10,they are perfect,have there own personality and I love them all :)

Enjoyment:This manga can be so light on the heart with funny scenes that will make you squart you milk though your nose but then at over times at can also be serious when needed witch makes an additive manga you just want to see more of.

Overall:
This manga needs to be more known,This is the best of the best,Im dying here waiting for a anime to go with this perfect manga,

Story:It seemed like the first episode was one from the middle of the series beucase the introducion of the characters and the story was lack but i saw potencial in this anime so i kept on watching episode after episode,it wasn't the best thing iv ever seen but i still kept watching beucase i want to know the ending and somewhere between episode 6 and 10 the story got really interesting,even thought this anime has magic powers in it,its not cliche at all beucase the realism of the drama,characters and the events that happern beucase of people wanting and having powers.I give the story a ... 8,it would be a 10 if not for the slow start but if i just had to juge the most resent episodes then it would be a 10 for sure.

Art:The art is good,at none point of the anime i thought it was badly drawn but i gave it a 9 just beucase it depends on the person and i wouldnt call it outstanding.

Sound:There is nothing wrong with the theam or ending song but there not ones i hear a few times and then love them and dicede to put on my ipod,there just ok.The music in the anime is good thought,there was never a moment where i thought the music did not belong in that scene,the dramatic moments included there dramatic music so i gave it a 9.

Character:All the characters all have there own personalitys,especialy Ryner who has gone thought so much pain in his life,i wouldnt change of thing about them and they all somewhat have a sence of mistery in them so i gave it a 10.

Enjoyment:This anime will make you of you seat at other times make you fall asleep,i wouldnt reconmend this anime to people who like simple,happy,comedy anime,This anime does have its comedy but there is alot of talking sometimes with the king Sion Astel about the condidcion of the country witch dosent borver me beucase it's necesary for the story that might be boring for some people,so i gave it a 8.

Overall:I don't know how this works but overall i give it a 10,somewhere between episode 6 and 10 the story got really interesting and i fell in love with it and now it's one of my favourite animes,if your reading this now contemplating if you should watch it then dont wait any longer :)
