Extremely good action-filled and despite having terrible character developement the plot is enjoyable and goofy.
Tokyo Ghoul
Excellent plot. Excellent character developement. Excellent animation. Tokyo Ghoul is by far one of, if not, the BEST pshycological action animes out there. The only reason I dont put this as N 1 is because of the HUUUGE gapin between Season 2 and 3 (tokyo ghoul RootA, tokyo ghoul:re) that even after rewatching is hard to wrap youre head around. With this in mind its still very reccommended from my personal experience.
Tonikiawa: Over the moon for you
This is easily in my oppinion the best rom/com in anime existence. Funny embarasing moments and excellent character developement.
