Okay, so I'll make it concise and to the point.
Plot:
Honestly, I don't even know if there is one. I know one of the main characters explicitly states the purpose of the show somewhere in the start but there isn't enough follow through or development for one to simply not ignore it. It's just kinda there but not really the main point.
Characters:
The lack of a plot is made up for by its characters. The shows entire focus is on the influence people have on the MC and how he in turn influences those around him. Now, some characters are simply going to be a lot
...
more likeable than others and this also means that some arcs are going to be more enjoyable than others. Personally, I did find one or two of them a little insufferable, at least in the beginning.
I also got the sense that the MC became a lot more boring and predictable after a while. He develops the capacity to feel and empathize, but it stops there. You could also pretty reasonable argue that there are inconsistencies in his development, although I'd just kinda let that one slide.
Animation:
The first episode hooks you right in with its godlike animation. It dips midway but I didn't notice any significant drop in quality (maybe you do.)
Sound:
I really like the intro and didn't feel like skipping it even once. The bg music.. ehh, It's alright I suppose. Nothing memorable.
Enjoyment/Overall:
It wasn't a painful watch but I didn't look forward to every week for new episode with this anime in mind.
Overall, I'll go with a 6. I feel like it should've given us just more plot to work with. After a while you're scratching your head wondering where this nokker shit is coming from and what it really means and how it really relates to the MC. I guess there is the second season so..
