I'm only writing this review to get this message out: This series is an ONGOING Pixiv manga and it has more than 40 chapters as I'm writing this review. It has always been a Pixiv manga and it got a surprise physical release which this page is about. MAL has set its own rules about seperating web-manga from physical releases which they follow to a fault. This series is NOT finished.
It's your average, fluffy shoujo ai. The characters are cute as buttons but they aren't that deep even when the author tries to give them dramatic backstories.
Supporting characters are too supporting. No one seems
...
to have a problem with the girl dating a literal monster, even though the author loves to remind the reader this world doesn't accept monsters and people will usually attack them on sight.
Whenever any drama appears, it gets usually solved in the same chapter.
The author seems to focus on Monster x Human stories, but this series is very different to their other work. It focuses almost purely on the interractions and lives of the two main characters, rather than having a traditional story. It almost feels like the author draws this series to clear their own mind between focusing on the other, story driven manga.
It definitely has a soul healing SOL vibe to it, but don't expect anything more.
