So Yuri is My Job is the latest in the Girls-Love series which has a kind of similar setting to Maria Watches Over Us, which is the older series that takes place at a catholic school while in WataYuri, characters aren't actually at a school but work at a café where they role-play as students at a school, while serving their customers casual café food and drinks. Anyway both stories portray flawed characters with conflicting feelings involved in complicated yuri relationships.

The main difference is that Genjitsu focuses more in the political/military/resources issues to save the kingdom and feels a little more serious whereas Tensai is more comedy oriented because the mc just wants to sell the kingdom and disappear but it doesn't go as he expected... Both anime are pretty close and good.
