If you liked Naruto: Shippuuden add

...then you might like Brave 10 add

Both shows deal with ninjas and they also have similar jitsu! Both are good shows Naruto is ongoing still and is much longer while Brave 10 is short and has a nice finish to it.

If you liked Shakugan no Shana add

...then you might like Hidan no Aria add

Both main heroines are similar in almost every way. Both are "boy meets girl suddenly and become close" types of animes. Great either way No Shana is longer but they are both really good animes.

If you liked Elfen Lied add

...then you might like Higurashi no Naku Koro ni add

These two shows are probably the bloodiest two i've seen. They're both horror and mystery genre's with thriller. The plot on both are really well done and at first may be confusing really get you into the show!

If you liked Another add

...then you might like Tasogare Otome x Amnesia add

They are both similar in the sense that in both shows someone has died but has comeback. They're both horror/supernatural/mystery with some romance ( well dusk maiden more). I honestly liked them both if I had to choose I prefer Dusk Maiden of Amnesia just because of the comedy added to it as well.

...then you might like Strike the Blood add

Both MC's have a girl who had originally came to kill them, but things begin to change. Both contain tones of comedy and are both great shows.

If you liked Dance in the Vampire Bund add

...then you might like Shiki add

Both involve vampires and have their own horrors. They are both great shows and I couldn't choose which one is better, the mystery aspect of the two make it all the better.

If you liked Shuffle! add

...then you might like School Days add

Both have surprising endings in completely different ways. Also, they both take a turn for the worst at one point in the show, making the drama escalate.

If you liked Mirai Nikki (TV) add

...then you might like Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei The Animation add

Both are about having to kill others in one giant game. The mystery behind how the killings happen and/or who did what make both really good anime. I prefer Mirai Nikki, but they are both good!

If you liked Death Note add

...then you might like Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch add

Light and Lelouch are exactly the same; both MCs fight for what they believe is true justice. The strategies used in both are complicated and give the series a nice touch which makes them so enjoyable.

Both MCs depend on the women around them to get stronger. Both contain some comedy too and are really enjoyable to watch.
