Well, I began watching anime in December 2014 and didn't get fully into airing shows until 2 seasons ago but I will have to say Summer's anime was awesome but a lot of my favorite shows sequels came out this season so...it is a hard choice hehe, but so far Summer was best.

Super17 is really hell fighter 17 who took over android 17 to get stronger so they are different characters... android 17 was a good guy the same as 18
You ended up naming a lot of the shows that I forgot about that I did really enjoy. Monster Musume of course was a great ecchi series and like you, I hope there is a second season but who knows. Prison School was quite interesting...an entire series based off fear and the affects it has on people was quite an interesting approach. I also would like to view that one uncensored but not sure when that will happen. I thought about picking up the manga for Prison School like I did Monster Musume but it's like 30$ a volume, though they are huge. Charlotte, oh man what a turn around in that series, at first I disliked it and hated the story but then it took a turn for the best lol well worst in the show. Such a good show! Gangsta was actually one I didn't enjoy that much. I feel like they threw a lot of the story together and forgot where they left off at some points. It just was kind of all over the place and not enough information was given about the characters and they didn't really go too much into the backstory except of Warwick which was good and all but he wasn't really who I cared about, I wanted to know more about Nicholas and why he kills for ranks...don't think they went over this in the anime but if they did, let me know why. Rokka was another good one that had a great twist. Definitely enjoyed that one as well but it took me a while to because of how slow it moved along. They really hooked me on the seventh BS lol. God Eater is a show that I am also enjoying but a lot of people hate. I think it is good and I really enjoy fighting anime and ones that have "hidden potential" that is like my shit lol.
