Hehe so I binge watched its first season today and started the second one 😁 It has a really nice plot and most of the characters are awesome, a little fast paced though.. Loved the psychological parts in it ✌🏻 Who is your favorite character? I searched the song you mentioned and you are right it's soo good, I would be very interested in hearing more songs from them if you have any to recommend! When should I watch the OVAs? After i finish all of the series? I'm a bit curious, why in MAL the scores and the reviews for the last two seasons are bad? Also, I read somewhere that they changed the manga's plot from the second season of the anime, is that true? Is the manga better?

Well, they changed the manga's plot in the anime and they gave us a rushed and ideal ending as far as I know and feel, I haven't read the manga to confirm it yet though, so I can't say much. Yeahh I also loved the opening, I'm still listening to it. I like anime openings a lot in general 😅, what about you?
Oo then you made a good start! So it's been 8 years since you started your first anime.. 😮 For me, the first anime I watched was Oshi no Ko the summer of 2023, so almost two years ago? A friend of mine got me into anime.

I don't really watch game themed anime, but I enjoyed the "gaming" parts as well! Even though the romance is the main focus of the plot, it's really entertaining how they meet from an online game and get to know each other. In general it's a fun anime, I don't know the other one, but you are right they give the same kind of vibes and have a lot of similarities as I can see from their synopsis and information. Do you recommend it?
I'm not really a fan of gore, but I can stand it if the anime is good. Whaat, Tokyo Ghoul is psychological?! A friend of mine have watched it and he recommended it to me as well, but I didn't really pay attention to him. 😅 I have also heard about Death Parade. From the synopsis I feel it's similar to Tasokare Hotel. I added the other ones to my ptwl as well, thanks for recommending them to me!

I finished watching it actually, I totally recommend it, but be prepared to not understand much in the beginning..😃 It was very difficult for anyone to realise what the anime was about, and I had to read after finishing it, clarifications and theories to fully comprehend it. It remains a masterpiece though, it was funny that I had just decided at one point that okay I wouldn't understand and I was just watching what was happening. Then towards the end when things started to clear up though, it was even better. Also, both the opening and the ending are SO great and iconic, especially the opening, I learned it by heart 😭
Yeaah I know right, the animation is amaziing! It's last episode is out now, I guess I should go see it.. I'm really curious as to what will happen in the end!
So, when did you start watching anime?

I've always had the "Classic" profile, MAL added templates later on but I've never used them. If you want to start with a blank page then go to:

Profile Settings
Select the Profile tab (near the top left)
Scroll down to About Me style classic
Choose classic instead of modern.
***Warning I don't know if you lose your Modern profile page or if it's saved separately because I've never used Modern***

Inside the About Me (Classic) text box is where you put your links to pictures, urls and plain text, etc.

A typical image link is preceded by [ i m g ] and followed by [ / i m g ]. Between those tags would be a link to an image file name stored in imgur or some online storage location. (Remove the spaces; I had to add spaces for the purpose of this post).

Finally at the bottom is the Submit button.

The images are on my old computer which isn't hooked up so I can't give you the sizes but I'll describe what I did.

1. Find a background pic that has lots of room on either side of the main subject. For example my 1st poster has Anzu Kadotani wearing a fall outfit with lots of space on either side of her to paste in characters. I don't remember the width but it might have been 800 pixels you'll have to experiment to see what fits MAL profile pages.

2. Copy MAL pics of your fav characters and re-size them in MS Paint or whatever to standard size that allows you to fit 4 or 5 in row on the background pic.

3. Using Paint or some other picture editor open your background pic and paste in the characters one at a time. I pasted my most favorite ones starting from the top left. It's probably a good idea to sketch it out on a piece of paper who goes where (like keeping characters from the same show together). I arranged them by eye so they lined up horizontally and vertically. That's the tricky and time-consuming part because I didn't use any fancy graphics program that might do it automatically.

4. Upload the finished poster to imgur or whatever image hoster you use.

5. Insert the img link into your profile page.

That's about it.

Good luck! Tbh it was a lot of work though it is satisfying once it's done. Because it was done in Paint it's very hard to edit or change it. I suspect there are smarter ways to do it with better programs but MS Paint was free, already installed and I had the time and patience haha :)

Then for romance anime, from the ones I've watched I can recommend you My Happy Marriage, its 2nd season is currently airing, Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999
Also, Akatsuki no Yona has a bit of romance and they explore it further in the manga.
