If you enjoyed the mental battle between L and Kira in DeathNote, but haven't seen Psycho-Pass then you're missing out, both are psychological, police, thrillers. The art styles for both are very similar, with a large focus on darker colours. Similarities: - Mental battle between police and a criminal. Differences: - Psycho-pass is set in a Sci-Fi world. - Female protagonist in psycho pass. - Psycho-pass follows the police's point of view, we don't see the criminals plans till they happen.

...then you might like Jormungand add

The general feel and tone of both shows are similar, and if you've seen either of them and not the other I feel you're missing out on more of that shoot out, underworld action you probably enjoyed. The biggest difference between the two shows is the contrast in the protagonists, but both are likeable for their own reasons, only Jonah is alot less useless. If you enjoyed delving into the characters backstories from Black Lagoon, then you'll get more of this in Jormungand. TL:DR Similarities: - Same tone. - Similar artstyle. - Shootouts *Bang Bang*. - Good backstory for supporting cast. Differences: - Constrasting Protagonists. -Jormungand has more comedy elements to it.
