Both anime have historical settings but they take very different directions for it. Spice and Wolf focuses on it's characters and the dynamic between the main duo with a somewhat unique journey focusing on merchants to go along with it. While The Raven Does Not Choose It's Master focuses on it's political story and plot while still having a great dynamic between the main duo. Both have some similarities and also some differences, but they're both really good shows in the end and you can't go wrong with either.

Both anime have historical settings with main characters getting roped into events by powerful people in their country. While Apothecary Diaries focuses more on it's medical, mystery, and comedy aspects. The Raven Does Not Choose It's Master focuses more on it's political events, story, plot and world building. Both have some similarities in their qualities and are very good in their own right and whichever one you'll prefer depends on which of it's main aspects suit your tastes better. Overall you're likely to enjoy both of them if you liked one.

Both are more laid back comedy style shows with a bit of slice of life style content here and there. Both shows are very wholesome and enjoyable from start to finish with satisfying endings. The main differences are while one takes the aspect of a old couple turning young and enjoying the end of their lives feeling young with their families. The other takes 2 semi socially awkward high school students becoming friends, making new friends, playing games, and enjoying their high school lives.

Honzuki no Gekokujou: Shisho ni Naru Tame ni wa Shudan wo Erandeiraremasen

Both anime have a focus on making what you don't have, in Dr. Stone's case it's remaking modern civilization with science and technology, while in Myne's case it's making books in a world without them. Not only that but both anime focus on this aspect mostly for their first season, with later seasons changing directions to focus more on the show's story and plot. while later seasons still continue the "Make what you don't have" aspect in both anime, it takes a back seat somewhat to make way for the story.

Violet Evergarden and My Happy Marriage are anime with settings based on similar timelines but from different regions, and while My Happy Marriage is more romance focused, both anime have a focus on a main character with a struggle to understand and handle emotions and cover those aspects in a very deep and often heartfelt way, both anime also have excellent production quality, with outstanding animation, OST, voice acting and directing all being a perfect enhancement to these great stories.

Both anime have a very dark or creepy vibe with a cute looking main character, the difference is while Dark Gathering is dark, disturbing and horrific, with a cute main character that might scare you. Shadow House is dark and disturbing with a very not scary and cute main character, but instead of going a horror route, they took a more mystery and concealing the unknown route, Both are very dark in their own ways and combine their dark stories with light hearted comedy from time to time, if you like anime with dark themes and don't mind a mystery or a quite disturbing take in Dark Gathering's case you'll really enjoy them.

Tearmoon Teikoku Monogatari: Dantoudai kara Hajimaru, Hime no Tensei Gyakuten Story

Both Maoujou de Oyasumi and Tearoom Teikoku Monogatari tend to be hilarious comedies but in their own different way, Both contain a princess main character, but while Maoujou de Oyasumi focuses fully on comedy with the story being used mostly as a side gig to enhance the jokes, Tearmoon Empire on the other hand goes a more story focused route, letting the story develop and designing it's jokes around the story instead. Both are good watches and if you've liked one of them you'll probably like the other.
