Trigun

When I first started reading Zombie Powder, it had that "Bang! Bang! Shoot-'em-up" Western feel. Trigun {all series} is also a Western-y manga. Both stories are set in the future. Both main characters have large bounties on their heads, with mysterious weapons and arms. However -- Trigun's main character, Vash, is a little more comedic than Gamma. They have the same stock characters {someone who follows them, their "partner in crime}, and I think if you like one, you'll definitely like the other.

RustBlaster

Both Soul Eater and Rust Blaster play with the idea of people being able to turn in to weapons. With Rust Blaster, transformation is a little different, though. But if you like fight scenes like that, then one manga is just as interesting as the other. Rust Blaster and Soul Eater also have the theme of not losing yourself, of fighting forces out of the character’s control and staying true to themselves. Although Soul Eater doesn’t have vampires in it, and Rust Blaster does, I think if you like one, you should give the other one a read. If Rust Blaster lovers are looking for something longer to read, check out Soul Eater. If Soul Eater lovers are looking for a something short and sweet, try Rust Blaster.

Kuroshitsuji

Kuroshitsuji and Rust Blaster are by the same person – Yana Toboso. If you liked the style and character design of one manga, you should read the other. Both mangas have a gothic look and feel to it. There’s also a contract formed between a human and a supernatural creature {for Rust Blaster it’s a human and a vampire, in Kuroshitsuji, it’s a human and a demon}. Some of the characters in one manga have similar traits to other characters in the other manga {I’ll let you draw the matching lines}. There’s also a lot of feathers in both…

Vampire Knight and Rust Blaster aren’t too similar. However, if you like the fact that Rust Blaster took place at a co-ed school of humans and vampires and that the main character didn’t like drinking human blood, but lost himself for a bit when he did, then you would like Vampire Knight. It goes more in-depth and deals with those two themes specifically. Vampire Knight is more girly, though, and it’s a lot longer.

Togainu no Chi

Both Dogs and -NoChi deal with the underground of futuristic cities. They both are animated using gray tones, giving the whole thing a "gray look" {it's always raining, or is cloudy in both animes}. The plots are darker and deal with gloomy themes such as being able to kill another person and moral values. I recomend the Dogs manga more than the OVA, because you get to go more in-depth, and a forewarning, -NoChi was supposed to be made after the BL game. But overall, I think that if you like one, you should give the other a shot.

Though Kill la Kill has more plot to it than Panty and Stocking, they are both "lightning fast" paced. The bright, ever-changing visuals are entertaining. Plus both anime have sexy girls doing sexy transformation sequences.
