In each series, there is a threat to the human race. Titans in one, Ghouls in the other. Humans are making efforts to combat them, but the threat always lingers. Both main characters are caught up in trying to figure out what exactly are these creatures and their existence in the world. It is impossible for humans to coincide with these non-human creatures, or is it really? Both Shingeki no Kyojin and Tokyo Ghoul leave you wanting to find out more. Each of them has a dark tone to it, which is very fitting. There are some things you see coming, others not so much. Each main character has more to him than meets the eye, through certain circumstances. If you like one you would probably enjoy the other plenty.

Despite both being about sports both of these series are can be considered different. But there are also similarities. Both of the main characters (Kuroko and Maruo) aren't considered that strong in the sport that they play, and both work really hard in order to improve themselves. Each of them is also supported by many people so that they can reach their goals. They also have rivals that they want to defeat, and they make great strides in order to do so. Also, both MCs can be considered intelligent and use analysis and quick thinking in order to compete with their rivals.

The MCs for both of these series are badass. They both have harems, and they aren't dense like most harem protoganists. Trinity Seven involves magic, and Tora Kiss has supernatural abilites as well, though I wouldn't say its magic.

Both of these series are about tennis. But they are different in their own way. Prince of Tennis is about a team trying to win nationals, meanwhile Baby Steps is about how one person progresses as a tennis player. Baby Steps is more realistic than Prince of Tennis, but both have nice techniques. Also, the MC of PoT, Ryoma Echizen, is already a prodigy, while in Baby Steps, the MC, Eiichiro Maruo is just starting tennis and looking to improve. Also, Baby Steps has a nice touch of romance in it, which you won't find in PoT. They should both be an enjoyable read to anyone who enjoys sports manga.

I can't help but feel One Piece vibes when reading Nanatsu no Taizai (The Seven Deadly Sins). The main characters (Luffy and Meliodas) are similar in that they're both seemingly carefree until stuff gets serious. Both MCs are powerful in there own way and have their own group which they lead. Meliodas' group themselves have an interesting cast of characters, all with their own backstory and reasons for being who they are, just like Luffy's crew. Though Nanatsu no Taizai is still young (not even 100 chapters yet) I feel like this manga can last for a long time because the pacing makes it seem like it will, though probably not as long as One Piece.
