KuberA is one of the most underrated serie I've ever read. This is a manhwa based on Hinduism Gods, and tells the story of Astika(God), Human, and Sura/Nastika(Demon). It is extremely complex, probably the most complex manga/manhwa/manhua serie I've read so far. Definitely recommended if you are into complex and heart breaking stories.
The problem with this serie is it takes too long for things to happen. The world building is extremely good, and since it is very vast, it takes lots of time to do the buildups. To compensate for this, the author made some half assed comedy, hence it is categorized as action fantasy
...
and comedy in the earlier seasons, and not taken seriously.
If you stay with the serie though, you will be completely rewarded. Unlike most serie, this serie keeps getting better and better, and stayed that way until the time I write this review. I would put this on par with Tower of God, despite the heavy differences in terms of art. That is just how good the storytelling and world building is. It gets even better when you re-read it.
Not only KuberA has good story on its own, it also explores the Hinduism lore very deeply. If you liked mythological literature, this one is definitely a must read.
Story (9/10): Story is very complex. You need to pay attention at every part of the story. It is planned since the beginning, and executed well. Every action has a reason, and every action has its own consequences. You need to re-read the serie to fully experience the story.
Art (7/10): Art is kinda messy at the beginning, but becomes better later on in S2 and S3. Not extremely bad, not superb either, just decent. The detailing is fine though, it is on point.
Character Development (10/10): One of my favourite thing in the serie. People makes mistakes, some learns and have their own redemption, some fall even deeper in the darkness, some got stucked and can't move on. It felt really fleshed out, and you can gave sympathy for the characters.
World Building (10/10): The world is extremely vast. It has 3 different worlds (God realm, Human realm, Sura realm), and you got the chance to experience it all, and even more with the backstory. Kinda reminds me of Magi and One Piece.
Enjoyment (9/10): This is the most satisfying mythological serie I've ever read. The earlier chapters aren't really fun though. The enjoyment rises as you got deeper into the serie.
Here are some character names you might know, just for reference:
Gods/Astika(Hindi: The Enlightened One):
-Vishnu (God of Preservation)
-Brahma (God of Creation)
-Shiva (God of Destruction)
-Agni/Ignis (God of Fire)
-Indra (God of Lightning)
-Surya (God of Sun/Light)
-Chandra (God of Noon/Night)
-Yama (God of Death)
Sura/Demons/Nastika(Hindi: The Unenlightened One/ The One Who Defies Enlightenment):
-Asura
-Gandharva
-Garuda
-Yaksha
Pros:
-Very complex story, lots of foreshadowing and buildups.
-Very good world building, characters development, redemption stories.
-Balanced powers. There are rules that decides how the powers works, and the characters actually followed the world rules and not breaking them. No nakama power bullshit.
-Side characters actually matters, some even worth more than the mc
-Mythology
Cons:
-You need more than your last 2 braincells to process all the contents.
-Re-reading the series is a must, if you want to experience this manwha fully.
-MC went missing from time to time, because of how vast and complex the world is.
-Veery slow starter. Probably around 2nd season(+-100 chapters) where things started to change, and 3rd season(+-300 chapters) for things started to unravel.
-Kinda cheesy at times.
TL;DR: KuberA is a manhwa about Hinduism mythology, is very good in terms of storytelling and world build, but is a very slow starter. Definitely must read if you are into mythology and complex stories.
Note:
-If you want to read this serie, I would recommend to read this on the official Naver Line Webtoon App, since they got comment section for each episode, and there are people connecting things here and there, just incase you miss some details.

===== SPOILER REVIEW HERE=====
Disappointment. That is my opinion about this manga. MC is literally piece of shit, and he got what he deserved.
Story (6/10) : This is about a guy who cannot move on, and got stucked in the past, but refuses to do anything about his condition. He is free to do anything, he got the time, he got the means available to look for his beloved, but no, nothing happened.
**SPOILERS**
So MC is separated with his first love, and after some time, they lose contact of each other. MC clings to his past, believing she is the only one for him,
...
yet he refuses to contact her, in any way. He refuses to go to class reunions, which one of his classmates MIGHT have FMC's contact. He went to the town where FMC used to live, but he stopped at the station. He thought to himself that she might not be there anymore.
Yes, FMC MIGHT not live there anymore. But it's not like there is nothing left there. Her neighbors? no, he didn't try to contact them. Looking for information about her? nah, not worth trying. Ask his classmates? no, they won't know anyway. Literally nothing.
Art (7/10) : Gotta stay objective, the art is decent, it is not great, not bad either.
Character (1/10) : This is where it gets frustating. There is no character development. Time passed, but there is no change in MC's behavior. Literally nothing, it's like MC refuses to grow up, or even do something about his condition, then proceed to hurt people around him. He is only expecting other people to do something to his situation. MC is like your edgy teenager where he always whine about his problems, but refuses to do anything about it.
Without doing something, you will get no result, and when you get no result, don't rub it on another people's face. Glad FMC moved on. She dodged a bullet there.
Enjoyment (2/10) : Very frustating MC, not really enjoyable.
Overall (4/10) : This manga has potential, but is wasted on its characters.

This is the manga that I dropped several times.
This manga got great potentials. It has nice plot story, nice character development, the tune is set to medieval era, has great romance possibilities, but all of them are wasted.
Story(4/10) : This manga is about a princess that got betrayed by the man she loved, got her dad(the king) killed, and then run away for her life. In the journey, she learned that her father is not a great king like she always imagine, and she wanted to do right, for her father. The plot itself is quite interesting, but the execution is horrible. The plot is
...
toned to a serious and darker story, but the execution is set into a comedic style, with stupid plans and stubborn yona, putting herself in danger time and time again for little to no reason at all.
Art(5/10) : The art itself is not bad, it has nice shoujo artstyle, would give this a 8/10 if this is a fluffy shoujo manga. The problem is the art is not really compatible with the timeline. The time is set to medieval era, and the characters are sometimes in a serious problems, such as kidnapped, betrayed, etc. The situations can be expressed much, much better in other artstyle.
Character(2/10) : The characters, especially the four dragons, are drawn to yona, not because of yona's personality or strength, but because she is the one dragon king. Kija, a nobleman in his village, suddenly bowed to yona, because he felt the 'throb'. Before he met yona, he would throw out all the people that visited him. Jaeha cannot run from yona even if he wanted to, because of once again, the 'throb'. basically the characters are forced to stick with yona, because she is the one. I'll give this 1/10 for characters and dropped this long ago if not for Hak being there.
Enjoyment(2/10) : I can't bear to read this manga, it is so frustating. Every 2-3 chapters, I stopped reading this manga, and read another manga instead. I picked this manga, dropped this manga, read another manga and finished it, then picked this manga, and the cycle continues.
Akatsuki no Yona has great potentials, but most of them are wasted.

A town where you live(Kimi no iru machi) is a masterpiece created by mangaka Seo Kouji. It is a romance manga, filled with a lot of dramas and tearjerking moments, with a little bit of comedic piece. If you can withstand the drama, or maybe even like it, then it is the right manga for you. Anyway, here is KNIM scores for me:
- Story (9/10), a lot of people saying KNIM story is very good, especially at first half of the serie. KNIM story can bring the reader's mood, it is sometimes depressing, and bring me to tears(The only manga where I cried are only
...
KNIM, Half & Half and Clannad). The story felt so real, it sometimes hit too close to home, and that is why people loved KNIM, they can relate to the story. The story second half is a bit dragged off, filled with filler and other character developments. If not for that, I would give KNIM a 10/10 for story. Definitely one of the best romance story in mangas.
- Art (10/10), this is KNIM main charm. MY GOD, it is very beautiful, the best of its kind back then, and I still think it is still the best, comparable with nowadays works, even better than most of them. Almost every page are drawn in detail, you can see how hard the author works. The story's mood looked very clear, and characters expression are drawn beautifully, you can feel the characters feelings. Heck, I started reading KNIM after I look at the cover page art, and now I still fall in love with this artstyle. You can also find this artstyle in the author's other mangas, like Fuuka and Hitman(His current work), but I liked KNIM better.
- Character (10/10), the characters are not perfect. They have flaws, they make mistakes they have problems and complexities, and sometimes they do unreasonable things, and that is why I give 10 scores for characters. They felt so real, it often hits too close to home. There are moments where you can feel the characters alive. The characters make realistic decision based on their problems and circumstances. Sometimes it is not a realistic action, but if you potrayed yourself as the character, you will understand why they did something absurd. They are not perfect. They are humans, just like you and me.
- Overall (9.7/10), it is definitely a must read for romance and drama lover.
TL;DR: A town where you live is definitely a romance manga masterpiece. It felt so real, sometimes it hits too close to home. Definitely a must read if you love dramas, and tearjerking moments. Not really reccomended if you look only for something fluffy and cute.
