Plus, in Battle Royale, the people are killing humans, while in Gantz, aliens are being killed. Both have extremely similar styles of art, with tons of gore and nudity present in both of them. Overall, both of these manga, are similar in a multitude of ways and if you like one, you'll most probably like the other.

Both DmC and Hellsing have a red coat wearing badass, who uses two guns as weapons, as the main character. Both Dante(DmC) and Alucard(Hellsing) are employed by humans and embark on assignments to kill their own kind demons and vampire respectively. Both also have good soundtracks, but Hellsing has a much better soundtrack when directly compared. Both of them are also poor adaptations of their original source material.

Both anime are music anime with a touch of drama, romance and comedy. Nodame Cantabile has more comedy than Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, while Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso has more drama than Nodame. Both are also based off of their respective manga. They both also have a male lead who plays the piano as their major instrument. Altough both protagonist's situations are quite different. Both Mirai Nikki and Btooom!, have the survival game aspect in them. Both also give the players in the death game, powers. In Mirai Nikki, Future Diaries, and in Btooom!, bombs. Btooom! is slightly better than Mirai Nikki, in the fact that it has a slightly more tolerable main character, and is more of a mature anime. Plus, it doesn't have as many Plot Holes.

One Outs
add

One Outs is very similar to Death note in the fact the both could've turned out to be a classic sports and mystery respectively, but both chose the psychological route. But unlike Death Note, in One Outs it is not 2 geniuses dueling it out in a psychological game, but instead merely one man who controls all in the game like they were pawns. Both series were animated by Madhouse as well.

Kill la Kill
add

Kill La Kill has the same director as Gurren Lagann, so one might think that's the only similarity. But the similarities number far more than just that. -The animation style of both shows are extremely similar. -The story is completely batshit crazy in both cases. -Both have an unbelievable amount of awesome in them(More so Gurren Lagaan than in KLK) -The main villains aren't what they seem. -They both have iconic battle songs:"Libera me to Hell" and "Don't lose your way". -The "over-the-top" action scenes are the main draw in both of them. If you loved/liked TTGL/KLK then you will probably feel the same way for the other.
