Hehehe, I started watching it again. Before i just watched like 4 episodes and dropped it because there was nothing much in it but my friends have told me to keep on watching it even if it gets boring cause they are sure that its gonna get better later on...
I am gonna sit through this one as much as i can.. Its not that its not funny at all, just not as much to make me watch that many episodes but eh well...
I am surprised at myself for reading this much.. XDXD
You never said you disagreed with the review, you jerked each other off by supporting each other, there was nothing else to respond to, and defending support for a bs review is obviously bs.
Yes. the mod "_Ghost_" sent me a message saying he removed it and didn't provide any reason why. He also said if I post it again my account will be suspended. Silencing reviews that hold unpopular opinions destroys the entire point and credibility of this site.
And yeah, that is Hisoka..
I got the pic from somewhere on Deviantart.. I would like to think that it is daark pink.. A very very very dark pink color.. XDXD
Hey there..
Yeah, just watched both of em recently..
Well, tbh Owari does have a good premise but the story is pretty cliche as you watch more and more. Its very predictable. A few characters here and there make it interesting but thats it. The MC is also the typical 'I wanna defeat my enemies as fast as possible and so i will do anything.' kinda guy. If you are okay with some disjointed animation and a loose story then watch it..
And for Akatsuki, the story was really good and the animation and the background music were awesome too. kept me on the edge of my seat for some time too. If you can tolerate the MC crying most of the time then its a must watch.. The voice actors(talking about the Japanese ones here cause i haven't watched the subbed version) were great.. The voices suited the personalities impeccably..
Okay, this was too long XDXD
Lemme know what you think after you watched em
It's an epic that covers most aspects of war and neither of the two factions are portrayed as good or evil. It's got a rather slow pace but this is beneficial to the narrative as it's got a very large cast and makes you care about all of them, kinda like the Chimera Ant arc in Hunter X Hunter. The series also presents a variety of drastically different political concepts to the viewer with the intention of making them think about them for themselves.
I'd recommend marathoning it if you have the time though that's definitely not necessary and I'm sure you'll get something out of it either way.
Thanks for taking the time to read it! I appreciate it.
The GitS film is definitely not something everyone will enjoy but you should go into it expecting a fairly slow and cerebral experience.
Arise, SAC and the two Oshii films are completely different iterations and can be watched independently of one another. I've admittedly not watched Arise so I can't comment on it but SAC and Oshii's films have their fair share of similarities and differences. They are both very philosophical and deal with themes of transhumanism and singularity but in SAC these themes are reinforced more through the setting while they are placed in the forefront of the films' narratives. SAC also deals with more sociopolitical themes, is more action-oriented and has a faster pace.
Some people were able to guess who the culprit was so it might have been ruined for them.
It was really good. Its a must-watch anime. The first season was good but the second season was better.
Anyhow, i think you will enjoy watching it
Actually i have just watched the first season and its pretty enjoyable so far but we will see how it goes.
Yeah sure, the first few episodes are good so i don't think that i will have a problem finishing this one..
And i see that you are watching Erased, how do you like it so far?
