Bl stories about unrequited teenage love, separation and reunion. They both have similar atmosphere, though "Me wo Tojite 3-byou" is more humorous.

Both include heartwarming stories without a heavy amount of drama about teenagers and men falling in love and starting relationships. Both authors have simple, beautiful and relaxing art styles. "Itoshii, to Iu Koto" has more intense love scenes and it contains of two separate stories. "Mizuiro to Pink, Sore kara Daidai" is mostly shounen ai that also feature yaoi one-shots.
