The music situation and girl position in harem are similar. Both don't go to detailed into the romance and the music used it pretty good. If you like Primo passo u will 100% prince-sama, if you have watched prince-sama and not Primo passo I think you should still watch it even though it might not be as thrilling as doing it vise-versa.

I find that the main Female characters are similar. Kobato is more cute and inccodent is the respects of the actual content but Chobits is more ingaudging and less light hearted.

It has the same sort of people in the Harem and they romance level starts of kinda the same, where the girl has no choice but to get to know these cute guys but later starts to think it might not be so bad ;)
